| I've been a fan of comics for quite some time now. I've always enjoyed the idea of writing one. Now, an indy company called Across the Pond Comcis is taking submissions. I'm trying to rack my brain with what to do here. I've been kicking around the concept of a pulp style sci-fi extraveganza. Dunno. I'll see what I can come up with. Other companies open to submissions are Dark Horse, Image, Avatar Press, Arbor Productions, and Slave Labor. I might give these guys a whirl too if I come up with anything. |

| Honestly, I got nothing for this right now. Nothing original, that is. Several ideas about how I would do plenty of already existing properties exist, but what good does that do? As soon as I get back full tilt into writing mode, I might have a thing or two to add here. |
| Ok, my buddy and I have this idea for an animated series based off of these characters that we write at Rob's. I see some problems with rights issues and such, but it's still a pretty good idea overall. A little changing here and there should clear out any of the problems we may have. The question is how to introduce them in a way that a TV audience will understand and accept. This project is actually very high on my priorities list, but I've yet come up with a good opening story to start writing. Maybe it will come to me. |
