Ok Politiks again...
This time about love... A certain friend of mine doesn't believe in love... I do believe in love but I do also believe she's half right. She says a person has their physical encounters and then their emotional anchor... every once in a while, in perfect hetero society (i say hetero because monogamy is a christian construct from the theory of sex only to procreate) the two are the same... that makes sense... but then that anchor, even if sexually incompatible would be their love...
While being the most liberal person at work i'm also the most conservative about sex... Yeah I'm bi and still vanilla compared to them! They cheat on their wives and get mad if their wife cheats, and I could never...
well... i think if the two are in a relationship that's open like that, it's cool... as far as me whoever i date, it's their call what kind of relationship it is.
Anyway, so my friend doesn't even date and here I am looking conservative again... I don't mind "hookin' up" but i'd never let myself get attached, and especially wouldn't kiss the guy... (and i say guy because chicks dont meet guys online.)
so where's the politics...? ok... people are first taught to be str8... and then if they're gay, when they finally find friend who'll accept them they're taught to just be gay. either choice just elminates half of your options... both cool str8ies and gay ppl are against the sensible choice, bisexuality. Don't even consider gender as a factor... just like hair color or whatever else you can tone out...
but str8 people are scared to do it... and thx to gays, so are gay people... really how can someone really say they're tolerant if they won't try it? if not they're still scared of something.
My point is some people become really close to their best friends, say, despite the fact they're not compatible, but are too afraid to ever call that love simply because the physical relationship wouldn't work (also if you ever do hear about this situation it's between a gay guy and a lesbian... because if 2 str8 guys fell inlove, not only would they be afraid to commit, they'd be afraind to admit it... damn....
