of some malfunction that keeps the Doctor from transferring back to sickbay
and has locked the doors.  But whats worse is that one or both have lost

Here's a story challenge. The ship is being "attacked" by a strange virus.
The crew is scrambling to find a means to counteract the virus before all
systems on Voyager shut down permanently. Somehow, the doctor is able to
upload the virus into his holomatrix, thereby saving the ship & crew. Now the
virus is separately contained, thanks in part to the Doc's mobile emitter.
However, the virus is now attacking the Doc's program. The crew do manage to
slow the effects of the virus, but it's still slowly destroying his program.
Everyone's doing their best to help Doc, especially 7 of 9. In her efforts to
help save him, they open up to each other a great deal more. Eventually,
Doc's program is saved & a new relationship blossoms on Voyager. :-) Good
luck to anyone who tries to write it!

Write a story in which Doc reveals his dream of owning a "real" body to
Seven.  Using her "Borg ingenuity", she takes it upon herself to build an
android body into which the Doc can download his program and take up
permanent residence.  Plenty of comedy potential here, but also drama,
after all, Seven isn't perfect anymore and can botch a job the same as
anyone else...

Here's another fanfic challenge for anyone willing to tackle it. How about
having another Annika Hansen from an alternate universe, maybe from the
Mirror Universe, somehow show up on Voyager. Only this Annika Hansen was
never assimilated by the Borg. When she arrives she's been injured pretty
badly, fortunately Doc manages to save her in time. She & the Doc quickly
strike up a friendship, while 7 of 9 feels, at first, a little envious of
Annika Hansen, because she was never assimilated by the Borg, which slowly
turns to confusion & jealousy because the Doc has been spending more time
with her. Doc himself is feeling a little confused as well. He recognizes
that Annika & 7 have very different personalities, but he finds himself
growing attracted to Annika, & it also looks like Annika wants to reciprocate
the feelings as well. This could lead to a very volitile/tense situation.

Cheesecake anywhere in there.

Write a sequel to ENDGAME set at least 10 years after Voyager returns home.
Everything that happened in ENDGAME was real and Seven and Chakotay did get
married. Sometime before this story Seven and Chakotay have died leaving behind
their daughter (you decide her name) to the doctor who is her God-Father. What
will he tell her about her mother, about him, and about Chakotay. Props if you
use the line "I always new I'd be her Childrens Daddy."

Hey folks:

This is more of a Crossover challenge & it would take place anytime post-Endgame. It would involve characters from Voyager, DS9, & maybe even some TNG characters.

Write a story where members from each crew go on a mission into the Gamma Quadrant to see if the Borg are making an attempt to establish a powerbase within the Gamma Quadrant. 

The Dominon asks the Federation for assitance in helping them stop Borg incursions into their space, & Starfleet, naturally, send their most experienced crews to handle this threat.

However, things become complicated when it is learned that the Borg are trying to develop the Gateway technology left over by the Iconians, which was first discovered by the TNG crew. It gets even more compicated when they learn that the Borg are not only attempting to try to cross space using the Gateways, but also try to use them to travel through time.

I realize that this is pretty big challenge for anybody to tackle. I would try to write it if I had any writing talent at all. Of course, if you can find a way to bring the Doc & Seven together into this story, that would be a bonus!
