width-fixer Eddie has to fabricate

May 12 1990 This is Eddie's custom Drive-shaft loop. (Note: There is quite a bit of rust in the lower floor panels, but Eddie had re-floored the inside with sheet metal, so it didn't matter. Doc teased that the rust-holes made the car lighter.)

May 15 1990 It can roll again! Doc sits on the running board...something he couldn't do after the lowering of the car in 1994.

May 26 1990 Wired and Plumbed!

May 26 1990 The fuel cell, being made out of a special plastic, needed protection from any metal parts that it might come in contact with. Eddie again, used 3/4 inch plate steel to form the fuel cell shield; he wanted to take NO chances of a fire.

May 26 1990 Top view of fuel cell with shield and Detroit Locker through the trunk prior to trunk construction.

May 26 1990 Under the gauges are the switches for ignition, fuel pump and radiator fans. Beneath the switches is the push-button starter.
