The Dockriders Travels

Santa Barbara to L.A.

The DockRiders will travel to different areas of town just to get in a good ride and to look at some different scenery. Or they just take a short ride north, to the Redondo Beach Pier. That's were they relax, sit, shoot the breeze and grab a meal. At some point, cookies will be purchase for the table.

On other days, they will go farther to either old Marine Land (20 miles.) and back or go even farther to the switch backs (A two mile wiggly climb to look forward too.) and back. They will sometimes veer to the left and hit; a round the golf course' or even go up another 2+ miles. I can go on forever, but I won't. Oops, the bell is in that northward direction or even all the way to the Queen Mary and sit for lunch. Make it light, you got to come back home.

100+ miles to San Diego

Heading north is to the Rock, further would take us to Oxnard (80+) and there are other stops in- between. Come join us and we'll tell you about them.

Now we do Centuries! Our favorite is to San Diego. We team up with IE and his band of desperados. You have the choice to come back the same day on a train or spend the night. Our second favorite is from Santa Barbara, where we ride back from. Again I could on but I won't.

So come ride with us, on the beach path, the river bed path, on the streets or in one of those organize Centuries (Solvang?) that we ride as a group to show our colors.
