      (if customer has Anti-Virus
      Software)
    * Install AVG Anti-Virus Free
        Edition if customer has no
        Anti-Virus Software
        * Scan & Remove Viruses

2. Installation of Yahoo! Toolbar with Pop-up
   Blocker & Anti-Spy

3. Scan & Removal of Spyware / Adware

4. Installation of available Windows Update
   packages except multi-language support

5. Dust interior, clean exterior chassis,
   check fans for proper operation

6. Hard disk error checking / defrag
   (depending on OS)

7. Review hardware configuration and make
   hardware upgrade recommendations

Format Drive / Reinstall Windows - $75

1. Backup files (My Documents folder,
    Favorites folder, E-Mail & Address Book)

2. Format HardDrive (completely erasing all
    contents)

3. Installation of the Windows Operating
    System
    * Customer must provide Operating
      System Disks
    * Customer must provide a valid
      product key
    * Customer must provide any recovery
      disks that came with the system

4. Installation and update of customer
    provided Anti-Virus software
    * Install AVG Anti-Virus Free Edition
      if customer has no Anti-Virus
      software

5. Installation of any available Windows
    Update packages

6. Installation of the Yahoo! Toolbar with
    Pop-up Blocker & Anti-Spy
