| "MAGIC MIX" RECIPE CAN DRAMATICALLY LOWER YOUR HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE. Hi, My name is George Collins. I am 56 years of age, and I was diagnosed with primary hypertension four years ago. In fact, my blood pressure reading during that medical examination was so high my GP cried out in horror. He told me my reading of 210/110 meant I was at serious risk of suffering a stroke or heart attack right there in the surgery. Needless to say, I was worried sick, and, of course, I placed my total confidence in my GP's recommendations to have a kidney ultrasound test and a stress test etc, which all, thankfully, came back negative. So came the diagnosis of primary hypertension and with it daily medication (and the side effects). FROM HALF A PILL TO THE MAXIMUM. Within a month, using the "step programme," my GP increased my medication from half a tablet ACE inhibitor to three pills: a full ACE inhibitor, a Beta-blocker, and a calcium inhibitor. Did they work? They only brought my BP down to 185/80 at best. In addition, my GP put me on an anti-depressant, the side effects of which were terrible: palpitations, insomnia, and terrible nightmares, to name a few. WEEKS TURN INTO MONTHS. Six months to be precise, then, because the side-effects were so bad, I stopped all treatment, promising I would quit drinking, quit using salt, lose weight, exercise regularly, and take a relaxation course. Unfortunately, due to the endless hours I was putting into my business, I never found the time to jog or walk, and my weight, in fact, went up from 90 kilos to 98. And I still love my wine (and salt). I TRY TO FIND AN ANSWER. I read every book I could find about hypertension and how to control it, but none of the advice got me very far. I knew I still had hypertension; anyone who says it is a silent disease must never have experienced some of the symptoms: although I did not have headaches, I suffered endless thumping in my temples so badly it was as if someone were in there using a sledgehammer. It was worse whenever I tried to lie down to sleep. I was on a vicious treadmill and I didn't seem to be able to get off. THE ANSWER COMES - IT IS MY "EUREKA MOMENT." I stumbled across information that referred to two products anyone can buy from a supermarket. When these products are taken together they produce what I can only describe as a "magic mix." Why magic? Because within four days I KNEW my BP was down, and it stayed down all day long. All thumping in my temples vanished, no matter how intensely I listened for it while lying down to sleep. That in itself filled me with hope; I couldn't wait to have a sphygmomanometer cuff strapped to my arm! When I did so, the reading was 130/78! Let me say that again: the reading was 130/78! My GP tried my other arm. 130/80 - ten points above the systolic "ideal," but ten below the danger limit of 140. My GP was amazed. Meanwhile, I was floating on a cloud of relief and joy so high he had to pull me back down into my chair. I KEEP TRACK OF MY BLOOD PRESSURE READING. The day after my visit to my GP, I bought a digital blood pressure machine and I keep tabs at least once a week. To date, everything is A-okay, thanks to the "magical mix" I stumbled across. THE MAGIC MIX COULD MEAN YOUR "EUREKA MOMENT, TOO! During that last visit to my GP I explained about my "magic mix." He gave me the run down on why it would have worked. I asked him if it would help anyone suffering from hypertension. He suggested it might very well do so, but only when given the OK by the person's GP. That is why I am not suggesting you forego your medication or quit seeing your GP - please be aware of this! Under no circumstances must you do this! I will say this though: like my GP, your doctor cannot fail to agree that these products can only help you; it is a well-know medical fact, although why most GPs don't tell you is a mystery to me. I shall now tell you what the Magic Mix recipe is for free. With all my heart, I hope it helps you.
