This shows an episode of SVT and the response to Adenosine administration. It's not exactly "textbook" as there really is no period of profound bradycardia or sinus pause. This patient's heart rate stayed in the mid to high nineties following treatment. Note the PVCs following treatment. Real "attention-getters", really close to the T-wave.
