Diagnostic mode
Sinus Tachycardia at 102/min. Note the changes in morphology in less than 30 minutes. No ectopy was noted during the 30+ minute transport time. This was a renal patient, with Diabetes, complained of atypical chest pain (left shoulder with radiation to back) with associated diaphoresis and nausea. No JVD, but had bibasilar rales. Pt had equal radial and pedal pulses. Blood pressure remained stable at 124/64, O2 Sat. was 97-98% on 10L/NRB mask. Medications enroute included NTG and morphine, no lasix ordered. Pt was given TPA at hospital, condition deteriorated over next 24 hours and patient expired. No aortic anuerysm on post. Please E-MAIL your impressions. Leads I and III on next tracing.
