This is from a 91 YO Oriental female with a fractured hip.

History of HTN, Osteoporosis, fracture of same hip - six years prior.

Medications: Quinine Sulfate, Sodium Flouride, Calcium lactate, Ibuprofin, ( no anti-hypertensives??)

Vital Signs: BP 202/110, Resp. rate 20-22 with bibasilar Rales, + pedal edema, no significant jugular venous distention.

Sinus Tachycardia at115/min. with PVCs. This is an example of uniformed or unifocal PVCs.
