Pt. was an 83YO female. Pt hx of CA of lungs, heart and liver with possible metastasis of pancreas.
Rhythm is Junctional Tachycardia at 110/min with RBBB, to Sinus Capture, to (1)AV Dissociation, or (2) fusion beats with retrograde atrial discharge, to Junctional Tachycardia at 110/min, to (1)AV Dissociation, or (2) fusion beats with retrograde atrial discharge, to Sinus Tachycardia at 100/min.
