This is a Demand Ventricular Pacemaker capturing well at 60/min. The underlying rhythm is sinus at 100/min. with Complete Heart Block. Note the absolute regularity of this rhythm. The pacer spikes, which did not show-up on the field tracing with a LP-10, were present on the tracing in the ER. This is a good example of why you should check in diagnostic mode.
