Underlying sinus rhythm with multi-form PVCs. This is from the same patient as the previous tracing. The morphology of the ventricular ectopics pretty much answers any questions about whether the ectopics in the previous strip were atrial or ventricular. This arrhythmia should respond to Lidocaine.
