Sinus rhythm with ventricular bigeminy, caused by hypoxia.
Patient was a 62 YO male: Status Asthmaticus. Inspiratory and expiratory wheezes in all lobes bilaterally, using accessory muscles to breathe. Respiratory rate - 44/min. BP 194/92.
Hx. of HTN, Gout and Asthma
Meds: Slophyline and Zyloprim.
Pt.'s PVCs diminished after Rx for asthma symptoms.
