Again! And I cannot say it often enough, DON'T forget to check the diagnostic mode!!!!
As you can see this rhythm is paced. The patient appears to have an AV Sequential Pacer, but the Atrial component does not appear to be capturing. There might be tiny P-waves there, but I can't tell for sure.
Sorry, I don't have any patient history or signs and symptoms to share.
