Where were you as the plane flew in the air?
Where were you when there was fire in the sky?
Where you when they flew in buildin one?
Before we knew it, they hit the other one.
Miles away, they crashed into the Pentagon
and then there was Flight 93.
Remember not only the men and women in Blue,
but also those who wore their protective gloves and helmets too.
Remember the men and women just like you
and me, gone to work to earn their pay.
Remember those who've gone their way,
never knowing the anger, the hurt, the emptiness felt that day.
Remember those who've gone their way,
now our world knows what it is to pray.
Today we proudly wear out Red, White and Blue,
standing tall, with pride, honor and most of all to know the meaning of "in a twinkle of an eye and be taken to the sky."

Written and dedicated to not only those who lost loved ones on that terrible day but also to all the people of America for their help, their energy, their love and caring hands. Because of this tragedy we have pulled together overcame our fears, came through triumphantly, with Gods grace.
