| Precious Ones |
| After a long day of shopping, home, shoes off, tummy full, feet kicked back and just plain old R & R. I came across this stationery, I began to cry...the wish, the dream, the wonder of a child. How often do we as parents take things for granted? How often do we as parents think they should know that? Stop, look and listen. As I watched this stationery download and appear on my screen, I became aware that the children of our world look to us, the parents, grandparents, the neighbors, friend or just the people across the street, the examples for them, as they grow. Often times, the little ones just look up...stars in their little eyes, for they see the giants of their lives...the examples of life. How many times have I not been that to them? How many times have I disappointed them? For you see, I am human, reaching, teaching, learning myself. With that, I leave you with this small thought. Spend time, share time, give time, it cost nothing, it's free. As this child in the picture reaches up, can you, will you, reach down..giving back what has been given you? If there be but one child that needs, may I be shown and be willing to give to them what has already been given me..The season is here upon us...may we all be willing to.
