look with much surprise.
His hero you seem to be,
setting the example
for him to see.
Words and appearance
he'll come to know,
from you, he'll repeat
even to the clothes.
Comparing you with others
as he grows.
Looking from a Child's Eyes,
can you see,
what an example you've
turned out to be?

from child to young adult,
may we all continue to look to
Him as the example
for the children of today.
Lord, give us the
Wisdom for today,
the Knowledge of the truth
and the Faith
to continue on the
daily walk with You
so the children of today
will be better parents
of tomorrow.
