1. Open your Adobe Photoshop. *a/n: I used Adobe Photoshop CS5 for my tutorials.
  2. Click File, then open your image to be edited.
  3. Click Edit, then define pattern.
  4. Use the elliptical marquee tool to select the baby.
  5. Right click then choose select Inverse or simply press Ctrl+Shift+I.
  6. Click the pattern stamp tool.
  7. Choose the pattern you had defined.
  8. Use the pattern stamp too.l to apply the defined pattern to the selected part of the image.
  9. Click Filter, choose Radial Blur then Zoom.
  10. If you are now satisfied with your image, click File then save it as a jpeg or jpg.
