| During the Balkan wars 1912, the Albanians of these territories were submitted to the Serbian terror and genocide. The Albanian indigenous population was forced to move south. Many refugees arrived in Shkupi and remained for awhile. The Russian Gypsies helped by Russian Terrorists, and French forces drove all those people down. In the same year, the British Navy convinced by many faked stories by the Russian Gypsies known as a Serbs, shelled the innocent Albanian civilians on the coast of Adriatic Sea. The British Admirals stopped the shelling when they saw that there was no resistance at all from the faked Turkish forces bothering the Christians. The critics led in the address of so called the kingdom of Southern Slavs, Yugoslavia, from the British forces not only stopped the continuation of the attacks, but made possibly the people of Presheva and Bujanovc to return to their centuries homes. Unfortunately, the return of Albanian people of Vranja, Toplica, Nish, Beograd, and other cities to their homes was not possible. |
| The second world war, many parts of those territories were liberated by the brigades of Albanian National Head. Unfortunately, the betrayals of Albanian Nation, the communists lead by Fadil Hoxha in one side and Enver Hoxha in the other side made possible that the Albanian territories to be surrendered to the Russian Gypsies known as a Serbs. When the NATO alliance ranged a war against the Slavic terrorists in Kosova in order to prevent the genocide, The Russian Gypsies known as Serbs tried to massacre the native population of Presheva, Bujanovci, and Medvedja. After the Yugoslav forces were pulled out of Kosova, the international terrorists, the Serbians and Russians prepared a large scale of atrocities in this region. The native people organized into a defense army called �The Liberation Army of Presheva, Bujanovci, and Medvedja�, and they prevented the well planned ethnic cleansing and genocide by the Russian Terrorists in those three towns. The war continued for more than a year. The Albanian brigades lead by General Ridvan Qazimi, the Commander Leshi was operating successfully. With mediation and assistance of USA government and European Union, the peace was settled in the region. Not far than two weeks, in front of USA ambassador in Yugoslavia, General Ridvan Qazimi was gunned down by the Russian Gypsies snipers. No one was arrested nor punished for this crime. There was no explanation from USA government nor from the ambassador. Unfortunately, the three cities remain under occupation of Russian Gypsies and other Slavic Terrorists. |

| The Albanians used to live all around the Balkan Peninsula. Belgrade in 1900 used to be 80% populated by Albanians. In the same century, the Russian Army which counted more than 400 000 soldiers attacked the region and killed many innocent Albanians. The lucky one escaped the slaughtering, and the unfortunate had to face the worst atrocities in the history of Balkan Peninsula. The province of Vojvodina and Belgrade regions was occupied by new settlers from Russia, particularly, the Russian Gypsies called as Ciganji, and today known as Serbs. In the Berlin Congress of 1878, the border between the Kosova and Serbia passed through Ristovc, between Bujanovc and Vranja. On the basis of the decisions of this congress assisted by Russia, the Albanian territories were given to Serbia. The Serbian occupation of these territories was accompanied by a campaign of genocide against the Albanian autochthonous and indigenous population. |
