The Declaration of the Autonomous Province of Ilirida

Dear respected citizens and the inhabitants of ancient Illyrian. In the breath of our ancestors, the meeting of Lezh, the League of Prizren, and the Albanian Trust, the meeting of Gostivar solemnly declares political independence of the west territory, Ilirida , which is populated particularly with indigenous and autochthonous Albanians with a small minorities within FROY Macedonia, the geo-political provision entity. To the world we declare, the right of our nation for equal living in the equal level with other people living in the this area of Balkan peninsula. The citizens of Ilirida in the 21st century we were not able to find a peaceful nor any solution with our neighbors or colonialists of our territories, and on the base of their discriminatory legislation toward Albanians, the meeting of Gostivar fully responsible with a historic conciseness asks for an � autonomous society � within the territory of FROY Macedonia. From the thousand of years of occupation and discrimination in all areas of life including the education, we want the right for self determination and self governing in all the institutions and be a constitutive nation with the others in FROY Macedonia . At the same time, we denounce the involvement of Albanian Government and the other local Albanian Political Parties to express the values of our nation. We appeal to all Albanians of Ilirida to trust the results of the referendum for deceleration of the Autochtonomous Province of Ilirida where everyone has a chance to express her or his vote. Also, we appeal to all the progressive forces inside the country and outside the country to support the wish of Iliridans, and does not interfere the democratic integration process within the European Community legislature. At the same time, we appeal to the other nations living within the territory of FROY Macedonia to exercise maturity and recognize Albanians as the constitutive element while following the Goce Dellchev�s saying � competition within the nations.� This sanctioned act from God does not threaten the peace in Balkan nor as an Albanian fragment nor as a segment of real Albania. Even though, we want to strengthen the stability all around, and we appeal to the Slavic Macedonian and Greeks to free them from the artificial Albanian phobia which represents a complex within their national inferiority by manifesting pathology for repressions and refusal for a constructive peaceful dialogue with neighbors. At the end, the eventuation of Albanian cause globally should be in the pedestal of national conciseness, and its synchronization should be without a stop parallel with other nation in the Balkan and Europe.
