Free ZIP/UNZIP

To get a free ZIP/UNZIP software: http://www.info-zip.org/pub/infozip/WiZ.html

I renamed wiz502xN.exe to wiz502xN.zip, since geocities does not allow to upload *.exe file.
wiz502xN.exe is a Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP self-extracting package with Intel x86 executables and documentation.
I saved wiz502xN.zip at Wiz/wiz502xN.zip.
After you download, REMEMBER to rename wiz502xN.zip to wiz502xN.exe. Then, click here to install the free ZIP/UNZIP software. I used the instruction of "Installation Instructions for Windows 95/98/NT" to install on my Windows 2000.

Quick note on how to Zip and Unzip:

Zip

Assume that the games directory is at
C:\My Document\HTML\Yahoo\games.

If you want to zip all the files and directories and its subdirectories inside the games directory:

• Double click "C:\Program Files\Wiz\Wiz.exe"

• Select File->Create/Update Zip Archive... Alt+N
  • In the Archive Name window:
    • Look in: select a directory to save the zip file.
      Example: C:\My Document\HTML\Yahoo
    • File name: type the zip filename to be saved. Example: games_folder
    • Files of type: Zip files(*.zip)
      Note: you can choose Files of type: Self-extracting Files: (*.exe)

• Click Open
• A pop-up Archive window appears

• At the Directories: selection window, select games directory
• Select "Set Ref"
  • Reference Directory: C:\My Documents\HTML\Yahoo\games
• File Name: *.*
• Recurse/Include pattern: *.*
• Click "Recurse"

• You will see on the Add window all the files and directories inside the games directory
  • C:\My Documents\HTML\Yahoo\games\TicTacToe\*.*
  • C:\My Documents\HTML\Yahoo\games\AdvancedTicTacToe\*.*
  • C:\My Documents\HTML\Yahoo\games\*.*
• Click OK to zip

• The zip file games_folder.zip is at C:\My Documents\HTML\Yahoo\games_folder.zip.

UNZIP

Assume that the games_folder.zip directory is at
C:\My Document\HTML\Yahoo\games_folder.zip.

• Double click games_folder.zip

• Select Archives->Select All Files Alt+A
• Select Archives->Extract
  • Save in: C:\My Documents\HTML\Yahoo\games
  • Click Select
  • Now, all the files and directories and subdirectories are extracted under the directory games.
