Wonton Soup
Prep Time::  60 Minutes
Cooking Time: 10 Minutes
Ingredients:
15 Shrimp or Pork filled Wontons
4 Cups of Chicken Broth
1/2 cup thinly sliced carrot
1/2 cup green onions, slivered
1 inch piece of gingerroot
Sesame Oil
Cilantro leaves (optional)
Directions:
    In a large saucepan bring 6 cups water to a boil.  With a spoon place Wontons, one at a time, into the boiling water.  Reduce heat and let simmer for 5 minutes.  Drain and rinse Wontons with cool water. 

     Meanwhile, in a small (2 quart) saucepan, combine chicken broth, carrots, onion, and gingerroot.  Bring to a boil, reduce heat.  Cover and simmer for 5 minutes, or till vegetables tender.  Remove gingerroot and discard.  Stir in Sesame Oil.
