- I sang in a Boys Choir at the age of 8, and did so for 4 years until Grade 6. I received entrances at the Stars event taken place at Moncton High. We had to perform relentlessly to the Tee so that the song would be meant at best. I was one of the lead singers in the choir. - After grade 6, my singing career took a turn from classical music to original rock and folk-music. I would therefore retain my singing career with the Junior High Music Group. Mr. Doiron, my mentor, was my Music Teacher who inspired me to sing with strength. - In Grade 8, I would do my first solo perrformance in front of the school singing "Brian Wilson" by Barenaked Ladies. It was then that I had the courage to pass the bullyness which happened throughout the years at Forest Glen. I would go on to sing in Grade 9, and began to pick up a guitar on my own. I was still in the amateur phase, and wasn't able to play. - In Grade 10, my friends and I formed a bband called the "aces" and we played a few songs at CoffeeHouses. However these songs were a bitter success, even though we had the courage to perform. - Since then, after graduation, I've been creating music on my own, singing, playing guitar, keyboard and bass. |
