Lt. Governor Monthly Report Form

Sample Zone Rally Agenda
This page is home of information regarding the position of Lt. Governor.

This is a position that offers you great freedom do decide what it is you want to do with it.  While the Governor will undoubtedly direct you to look at several specific issues within your area, you may also decide to look into others.

The fact of the matter is that each Lt. Governor has a totally different set of circumstances they face.  Currently, we have as many as five active clubs and as few as one among the divisions in the Florida District.
The status of your division when you take office will largely influence where your priorities will need to be.

I have included the manual I created for Lt. Governors, as well as a copy of the monthly report form and a sample zone rally agenda.  I cannot stress enough the importance of speaking to the current Lt. Governor of your area, if one exists.  They will have a much better idea of what the priorities of your division are than most other people.

Another very good idea is to try and find the time to visit and meet with the presidents of the clubs in your division prior to District Convention, and ask them directly what kind of issues their club faces and what they would like to see accomplished this coming year.  Incorporate their vision for their club into your vision for the division, and you will have a much better chance of getting good results from your endeavors.
