Nicklaus is from 9 to 10 a.m. Wednesday St. Joseph Catholic Church, 1910 Hale Ave. BONITA M. ``BONNIE'' NICKLAUS FORT WAYNE - 1951-2000 Bonita M. ``Bonnie'' Nicklaus, 48, of Fort Wayne, a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, died Saturday, July 15, 2000, at Parkview Hospital, Fort Wayne. The Olean, N.Y., native graduated with a bachelor's degree from Saint Francis College in Fort Wayne and from Indiana University with a master's degree in library science. She worked for the Allen County Public Library system for the past 16 years and was a branch manager for the Monroeville library. She was an officer in District 3 of the Indiana Library Federation. She was also a lector and Eucharistic minister at St. Joseph Catholic Church, active in the St. Vincent DePaul Society, the Right of Christian Initiation and Christ Renews His Parish. Surviving are her husband, Robert E.; a daughter, Megan of Nashville, Tenn.; a son, Patrick of Fort Wayne; her mother, Clare Grotz of West Chester, Pa.; sisters Melissa Grotz of West Chester, Pa., and Mary Beth Canan of Annapolis, Md.; and brothers William Grotz of Orland Park, Ill., Robert Grotz of Broomall, Pa., and Christopher Grotz of Chino Hills, Calif. She was preceded in death by her father, William H. Grotz. Services are 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 1910 Hale Ave. Calling will be held from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at D.O. McComb & Sons Foster Park Funeral Home, 6301 Fairfield Ave., where a rosary and Vincentian service will be held at 7:30 p.m. Burial will be at Catholic Cemetery, Fort Wayne. Bonita M. Nicklaus, 48, is in critical condition at Parkview Hospital, the Allen County Sheriff's Department said. Meanwhile, Jeffrey Alan Clark Jr. of Harlan received minor chest injuries. ... I was concerned about the children (who miss her).''
