Last Will and Testament I, Margaret M. Heger, of Madelia, Minnesota, being of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills by me made. First. I order and direct that my executor, who is hereinafter named shall pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my death as may be. Second. I give, devise and bequeath to my son Ludvig Heger of the U.S. Nave, an undivided one fourth of all property, both real and personal, of every name, nature and discription of which I may die possessed, to have and to hold, to him, his heirs and assigns forever. Third. I give, devise and bequeath to my son John Heger of Madelia, Minnesota, and undivided one fourth of all property, both real and personal, of every name, nature and discription of which I may die possessed, to have and to hold, to him, his heirs and assigns forever. Fourth. I give, devise and bequeath to my son Joseph Heger of Madelia, Minnesota, and undivided one fourth of all property, both real and personal, of every name, nature and discription of which I may die possessed, to have and to hold, to him, his heirs and assigns forever. Fifth. I give, devise and bequeath to each of the following grand children, who are the children of my deceased daughter, Agnes Nicklaus Gerard Nicklaus, Georgia Nicklaus, Romaine Nicklaus and Justain Nicklaus and to each of them and undivided one sixteenth of all property, of which I may die possessed, to have and to hold to them, their heirs and assigns forever; provided however that a certain debt of six hundred dollars which is owed to my by Peter Nicklaus, the father of the said children shall be charged against the share of the said children; the money owed to me by Peter Nicklaus is for money loaned to him from time to time and he never gave me the promissory note which he promised to give me for this debt. (It is my intention in this bequest to give to my grand children the share which I would have given to their mother if she had lived less the sum of six hundred dollars which has already been received by Peter Nicklaus the father of the said grandchildren.) Sixth. I further direct that the money herein bequeathed to the said grandchildren as set forth in part Fifth hereof shall not be paid to them until they reach legal age. Seventh. I hereby appoint my son, John Heger of Madelia, Minnesota to be the Executor of this my Last Will and Testament. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my had this 1st day of Sept. 1941.
