Dill and Onion Bread
1 envelope dry yeast disolved in 1/4 cup lukewarm water
1 tablespoon melted butter
2 tablespoons sugar
1 cup warmed small curd creamed cottage cheese
1 tablespoon instant minced onions
1 tablespoon dill weed or 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg
2 1/4 to 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
Mix everything but flour, then gradually add flour, mixing well. Cover and let rise double; punch down and let rise again. Turn onto floured board and knead until smooth and elastic. Shape into 2 loaves and place in greased pans. Cover and let rise double. Paint with diluted yolk. Bake at 350 degrees 40-45 minutes. Good luck!
