A reward for the destruction of Mykryl and his army. Elminster and Luthien also added to it. Staff will only work in the hands of a Fallensbane who has completed the blood ritual of binding. A Fallensbane who is not bound to it can only gain benefit from the staffs SR, none of the other abilities will work. If anyone of none Fallensbane blood attempts to weild or steal it the staff unleashes all of its remaining charges except for one for that day. Half of the charges are a maximized lightning bolt, the other half disintegration (DC 40 Reflex, Fort) per charge unleashed. After the charges are unleashed the staff uses the final charge to cast Greater Teleport back to Fallensbane Manor. No more than two Fallensbanes can be bound to the staff at any time.
