Effect: Crackling wall of Electricity 20 ft. high and up
to 20 ft. long/level or an electric ring 20 feet high 
with a radius of 5 ft. per two levels

Duration: Concentration +1 round/level

Saving Throw: None

Spell Resistance: Yes 

A wall of crackling electricity forms. One side of the 
wall that you specify shoots out lightning bolts to all 
those within 10 feet doing 2d4 lightning dmg. Anyone 
within 20 feet but more than 10 feet from the wall take
1d4 lightning dmg. Damage is dealt on the round the wall
is created and every round following to anyone within 
range. Any creature attempting to pass through the wall 
takes 2d6 lightning dmg and +1 for each caster level up 
to a maxumum of +20.

Creating the wall where creatures stand forces them to 
take dmg as if they had attempted to pass though.
