A powerful burst of lightning explodes forth from the caster
in an 80 ft. Radius burst. All creatures within the radius 
are blinded for 1d4 rounds and take 10d6 dmg. A successful 
reflex save cuts this in half. If any enemies were grappling 
the caster they are thrown back 10 ft. +1 ft. per 2 caster 
levels.
