Effect: Summons forth a pair of electric blades

Spell Resistance: Yes 

This spell summons a pair of electric blades. The caster can then
use these blades in melee battle dealing 1d8 lightning dmg +1 per
caster level, up to a maximum of +20. The wielder is treated as 
proficient with the weapon and suffers no penalties. If the blade 
is disarmed is simply falls to the ground, vanishing when the 
spells duration is over. The caster can retrieve it if he has the
chance. Anyone else who picks up the blade automatically takes 
the full 1d8 dmg +1 per caster level maximum of +20 each round 
while it is held.
