Tail Manipulation

Requirements: Dex 15, Str 13, Lymerian

Through extensive practice you can now weild 
a light melee weapon with your tail. Your penalty for 
attacking with your tail (offhand) is reduced by 6 
and the penalty for your primary hand is reduced by 
2.

NOTE: This feat only applies to attacks using your 
tail to attack with a weapon. Not when using a second 
hand to attack. You cannot attack with your tail if
your are using an offhand or vice versa, you must choose
one or the other.
