Perfect Tail Manipulation [Epic]

Requirements: Dex 25, Str 14, Lymerian, Tail
Manipulation, Improved Tail manipulation, Greater 
Tail Manipulation

Through extensive practice you can now weild 
a medium ranged weapon as well as a medium melee 
weapon with your tail. You also get a fourth attack 
with your tail (offhand) at a -10 penalty.

NOTE: This feat only applies to attacks using your 
tail to attack with a weapon. Not when using a second 
hand to attack. You cannot attack with your tail if
your are using an offhand or vice versa, you must choose
one or the other.
