Improved Tail Manipulation

Requirements: Dex 17, Str 13, Lymerian, Tail
Manipulation

Through extensive practice you can now weild 
a light ranged weapon as well as a light melee 
weapon with your tail. You also get an additional 
attack with your tail (offhand) at a -5 penalty.

NOTE: This feat only applies to attacks using your 
tail to attack with a weapon. Not when using a second 
hand to attack. You cannot attack with your tail if
your are using an offhand or vice versa, you must choose
one or the other.
