This bow functions as a +2 weapon in the hands of 
anyone other than a dwarf. In the hands of a dwarf 
it is a +5 Mighty Composite Longbow of Unerring 
Accuracy. The weilders full strength bonus is added, 
and all arrows fired are considered keen.
