This +1 dagger is a strange creation. It was created by a crazy old 
wizard named Fizzlebop. When stuck into anything it begins to wabble 
back and forth slowly gaining speed. As it begins to wabble faster it
begins to make a noise that sounds like a very thin piece of metal 
being shaken rapidly. After 1d4 minutes of wabbling it loosens itself
from whatever it is stuck in, flying dangerously in a random direction 
possibly striking someone. (add +1 to the base attack of whomever 
stuck it).
