Blood Bound Weapons will return to the weilder no matter what. Wether
ot not it is stolen, lost, or given away. The weilder need only think
about it and it will return to his grasp. Blood Bound weapons are
bound by family line. So a small vial of blood must be infused into
the weapon itself. Two people of the same blood can be bound to any
blood bound weapon at any time, but no more than that. To bind a new
person to a blood bound weapon a vial of his or her blood must be
poured on it and a command word chosen at creation spoken. Roll a 1d4
to see which family member loses access to the weapon 1-2 its the
first person to have created the ritual 3-4 its the second.
