poultry farms, hatcheries, feed mills, pharmaceuticals, mineral mixture plants,
processing and marketing centres, integrated broiler production, egg powder
plant etc. from scrap and make them to operate profitably till date.

Designed low cost, but highly efficient poultry houses (lattice design
paurlins and trusses, triangular beams etc.), feed mills and cages; which are in
vogue even today and followed by
many, who criticized these designs earlier.

Based on the request of the banks, I am scrutinizing the projects
submitted to bank by the entrepreneurs for loan sanction and giving the
feasibility report.

Technical advisor to government Zoo in breeding, feeding and management
of Zoo birds.

Organized more than 100 seminars, symposia, workshops, conferences,
training programes, method demonstrations, farmers' day etc.

As member of the 8th and 9th V-year plan
projections planning committee of the State Animal Husbandry and Veterinary
Services departments, I have proposed several poultry related projects for
implementation.

Acted as resource person for UNICEF and
SCERT (State Council of Education
Research & Training) in preparing Poultry Rearing Manuals.
