Chapter Twenty-Two: [Seattle, Washington. -- Thursday, April 2nd.]

AJ sat down on the edge of the stage, his legs hanging over the edge and banging on the side. Nick and Justin were sitting in the second row coloring and laughing about something and he sighed. He kept thinking about how Scott had been looking at Justin and it made his blood boil. Then he would think about how Lou talked to and hurt him and that made him want to fucking kill the fat asshole.

When Justin heard the banging sound getting louder he looked up at the stage over at AJ who looked to be thinking about something not quite pleasant. He was sitting there, banging his legs to the side of the stage, hard. He frowned. AJ had been acting... weird since they left their first interview that morning and he couldn't understand just what might be bothering the older man. "I'll be right back, Nick," he said as he handed the crayons over to Nick and stood up. "Don't go any where, okay? I'm just gonna go over to AJ and talk to him for a bit... he looks lonely." With that said he walked down the row and down the isle and then over to AJ. "Hey..."

Nick watched Justin walk to the stage and then went back to coloring in his Spider Man coloring book. He was feeling a little better now and as long as he could see Justin or Brian he was good and right now he could see both of them.

AJ looked down at Justin and gave him the best smile he could. "Hey..."

Justin made his way in-between AJ's legs and rested his hands on the stage on either side of him. "You okay? You've been acting... like Nick would say... weird."

"Just thinking about stuff," AJ said with a shrug of his shoulders, not really sure if he wanted to tell Justin what was going on in his head right that second.

"You wanna tell me about it..." Justin trailed off. He really wanted to help AJ with whatever that's going on with him.

"I'm pissed at Lou," AJ said point blank. "I'm pissed at him for scaring Nick and I'm beyond pissed at him for hurting you." He thought he would leave it at that since he didn’t want to talk about how jealous he was if he didn’t have to.

Justin's face softened as he brought his hands up and rested them on AJ's waist. "We're okay now..." He turned his head and looked over at Nick's smiling face as the blonde colored. "Everything's going to work out fine..."

"Plus...I don't like that Scott dude," AJ admitted, looking down at his lap, feeling like he was ten years old instead of twenty.

Justin turned his head back to AJ in a flash before laughing. "Why? Did he do or say something to you or something?" He questioned trying to think if Scott had spoken to AJ.

"No but he was beyond flirting with you," AJ said, the mad look coming back on his face. He wasn't mad at Justin but mad at Scott. He really, really liked Justin...might even be falling in love with him and he didn't like other guys flirting with his man.

Justin shook his head. "Baby, you're jealous when there's no reason at all to act that way," he said. "Scott's straight and he wasn't flirting with me, he was just being nice, knowing I got connections to you guys. He's a big fan, ya know..." He had never been hit on by a guy before... AJ being his first ... anything... with a male and he really did believe what he said to AJ.

AJ shook his head quickly. "No he was flirting...didn't you see the way he smiled at you? Or… I know he gave you his phone number because I heard him say it. I know flirting and that was SO flirting!" He protested.

Justin frowned. "He was not," he countered and then added. "Baby, even if he was, I'm with you. Don't you trust me?"

"Of course I do...but that doesn't mean I trust him," AJ said with a sigh as he ran a hand through his hair, a good indication that he was frustrated in probably more ways than one. He would never tell Justin but his body was so used to a lot more physical action than he had been getting over the last few days and it was putting him on edge. It wasn't that he didn't want to wait for Justin...not at all...but his body didn't understand what his heart and brain were saying to do.

Justin didn't know what else to say to that so he stayed quiet. He wrinkled his forehead as he fixated his gaze on the buckle of AJ's belt. He had given Scott a call when they'd arrived at the arena... and he wondered just how AJ would react in the next few minutes when Scott would show up. He bit his bottom lip thinking about the dilemma.

AJ was just about to say something when Nick jumped to his feet with an 'ut oh' look on his face. This look caused AJ to giggle a little. "Our little blonde man has a funny look on his face."

"Huh?" Justin said as he turned around and looked at Nick. "What's wrong?" He questioned letting go of AJ and walking towards Nick.

"Me gotta go potty," Nick said as he held himself, his lower lip between his teeth. He hadn't quit figured out that you need to tell somebody in advance before you were doing a full blown potty dance because he was about ready to lose it and at this rate wouldn't quite make it.

Justin laughed. "Get over here and let's go to the bathroom," he said as he started to walk to the other end of the row, which was closer to where the bathrooms were. "Why didn't you tell me sooner?"

Nick shrugged his shoulders as he walked funny after Justin. He was still trying so hard to hold it, but it was getting harder and harder. He tried pinching himself a little as he walked, a look of determination on his face.

Justin quickly ushered them into the bathroom and over to nearest stall and quickly grabbed the toilet seat paper and placed it over it so Nick could sit down on it. "You know what you gotta do.."

Nick sat down on the toilet and let out a long sigh as he started to go and continued to go for a good long minute if not even more than that. He had REALLY had to go. If he had done that in his diaper he would have been soaked. While he went he had started singing a little song that almost sounded like 'As long as you love me.'

Justin chuckled as he walked over to the sink and leaned against it, waiting for Nick to finish up his business. "Damn," he said quietly as waited for Nick to finish for a little over a minute now. "I guess you really had to go, huh, buddy?" Justin questioned with a laugh.

"Uh huh," Nick answered as he got up and flushed the toilet. He then walked out of the bathroom with his pants around his ankles so Justin could help him get his diaper back on. It was a little damp since he had almost not made it to the toilet in time but nothing major so he wasn't going to ask for a new one. "Help?"

Justin smiled as he nodded his head and then helped Nick put the diaper on before pulling his pants up. "Next time, tell us a little sooner," he said as he escorted them out the door and back to where they were before. "It could save us the last minute running and hurriedness."

"Me sowwy," Nick apologized feeling like it was what he should do. He had just been so intent on finishing his coloring page that he hadn't really thought too much about it until it was too late.

"Don't apologize," Justin chuckled as they were back to their seats. "It's going to take some time to get this bathroom thing down-pact. Trust me."

"You done it before?" Nick asked, wanting to know about times that Justin hadn't made it to the bathroom in time when he was little. "You no make it?"

"Nope," Justin said. "I had so many accidents that it wasn't funny. I used to hate going to the bathroom because it was just too much work, ya know? But then I didn't like the feeling of the wet and heavy diaper and I used to get really bad rashes, much like how you had them before... and it used to hurt so I finally started to listen to what my parents used to tell me. By the time I was three I got to wear pull up diapers and I could use the bathroom without my parents being there to help me."

Nick smiled thinking about that, he didn't really mind being wet and stuff but he still wanted to give this stuff a shot. "Me twy harder...but me did do it," he said all of a sudden just realizing that he had made it to the bathroom...even if he had gone a little in his pants but he did a lot more in the toilet. He then started to bounce around doing a little shake your booty dance.

Kevin laughed from where he and Brian were up on stage just finishing up what they had to do. "I wonder what THAT is all about?"

Justin laughed as he Nick started dancing. "You're something else, you know that!" He exclaimed with a shake of his head and ruffling of Nick's hair.

Brian looked over and smiled brightly to see that Nick was being all playful and was happy. "Whatever it is... I'm glad for it," he said walking over to AJ and playfully hitting him on the shoulder with the towel he held. "You know what's going on?"

"I think he had to go to the bathroom...and by the look he must have made it in time," AJ said laughing and smiling at the adorable way Nick was dancing around. "You think we should like start awarding him and stuff when he does?"

"Hmm," Brian said. "That's not a bad idea but then what if he starts to like get used to that idea... like every time he does something good he's gonna want something in return..."

"My mom made this like chart thing for me. If I stayed dry all day I got a sticker on my chart. If I went all week with stars I got to go to the store and pick out a small toy," AJ said laughing that he still remembered that.

"My mom used to make me shoot Cheerios," Kevin laughed, getting into the conversation.

Brian laughed as he tried to remember what his mom did and then pouted when he couldn't remember. "I don't remember what my mom made me do..." He shrugged. "But yah, that's a good idea. How about we start next week, on Monday?" He jumped off the stage and walked over to the first row and sat down so he was facing both Nick and Justin.

"Brian know what me do?" Nick asked bouncing in his seat, so excited to be able to tell Brian what he did.

"Um," Brian said, his face a mask of concentration. "You made up your own dance routine and you're showing it off to Justin?" He guessed.

Nick giggled and shook his head like crazy. "Me go pee in da toilet," he said before bouncing some more.

Brian laughed as he watched Nick. "That's awesome, Nick," he said and then looked over at Justin who slightly jumped in his seat. "You okay?" He questioned chuckling.

Justin nodded his head and blushed as he unhooked his cell phone from his belt. It had vibrated and it scared him just a tad bit. He looked down at the caller ID and frowned when he didn't recognize the number. "Hello?" He questioned and nodded his head with a smile when he heard Scott's voice on the end either. "Yeah, it's me, where are you?"

"I'm out front the guys wont let me in." Scott said as he smiled at the big body guard type people blocking his way.

"Oh," Justin chuckled as he stood up. "I'll be right there. See you in a bit." With that he got off the cell and looked down at Brian who was watching him curiously. "Yah, I gotta go get Scott, I'll be right back." With that Justin made his way out of the row and up the isle to the back of the arena and out the doors and over to the front of the building where the body guards were. Walking outside he waved at Scott who was standing there in his casual clothes. "Dude, I almost didn't recognize you without your suit," Justin greeted Scott.

Brian raised both his eyebrows as he watched Justin's retreating back. He was finding all this quite entertaining and amusing. He looked over at Nick and smiled.

"See me told you I was a big boy. I don't need diapers no more," Nick said with a big smile, not thinking about the fact that his diaper was semi wet right then since he hadn't quiet made it in time and if he had been wearing underwear it would be obvious he hadn't.

Scott laughed at what Justin said. "Yeah well this is the normal me...not the suit." He was dressed in a pair of baggy jeans, a t-shirt and board shoes. A backwards baseball cap topped off the look.

Justin laughed at that. "It looks like you, and hey, you don't look fifteen... so it's all good," he said. "You wanna go in now? I think the guys are taking a few minutes breather before they're gonna continue rehearsing... or something."

"You sure it's okay?" Scott asked with his normal huge smile. "Your friend AJ was giving me dirty looks back at the station...I don't want to cause problems or nothing."

Justin wrinkled his forehead and sighed. "Well, you kinda did come all the way over here and I'd feel bad if you had to go back only to return again for the concert..." Justin said. "Besides you're gonna hang out with me and Nick and occasionally with the guys or whatever... I really don't see the big deal. Besides, we were all kinda high strung with everything that went down." Justin really didn't get what AJ was so paranoid about. Scott wasn't flirting with him.

"I would love to hang with you guys," Scott said as they headed back inside. "Nick seems like such a sweet heart. I think you're pretty sweet yourself. I mean taking care of him and all."

Justin laughed at that. "Nick is a sweet heart, he's the cutest kid in the world," he said. "And like I said before, he's my best friend despite what happened, I made a promise to him a long time ago, I'm always gonna have his back and vice versa..." Justin trailed off chuckling.

Brian was in the process of getting up and going back over to the stage to continue the sound check with the other guys when he heard laughter coming from the back of the arena. Looking up he saw Justin and that guy, Brian couldn't remember his name, walking down the isle.

Howie was looked up as well and scrunched up his face. "Hey look, that's... that guy... Scott, I think. He's here."

AJ looked over when Howie spoke and groaned when he saw Justin and Scott. Yes, he did trust Justin, but he didn't trust Scott and he was still scared that Justin would end up liking Scott better and then end up breaking up with him.

Nick looked over too and smiled big when he saw Scott. "Hewwo!"

Scott smiled at Nick as he and Justin joined him. "Hey there buddy what are you up to?"

"Me to pee in day potty!" Nick exclaimed happily. He would go around telling anybody his news if he could.

Scott was slightly taken back by that since he hadn't really been thinking that Nick wore diapers but smiled anyway. "Wow, good job...you're a big guy now."

Justin chuckled when he noticed Scott looked shocked for a moment. He leaned over and whispered, "Yes, his body is that of an 18 year old BUT his mind isn't. We kinda have to treat him like a two year old... and raise him all over again," he explained.

"Well," Brian said joining the other guys on stage. "Let's start rehearsing before Lou comes in finds us slacking or whatever and make us work over time."

"I don't like him." AJ said softly, looking at Justin and Scott still.

Scott nodded his head in understanding. "I get it," he smiled as he watched Nick go back to coloring.

Howie threw his arm over AJ and laughed. "Oh get over it," he said. "Think about it like this; we don't live here and we'll be leaving tonight."

Then they cued up the music and the guys started to rehearse. It wasn't until twenty minutes later that Justin's stomach grumbled. He blushed bright as he placed his hand over his stomach. "I'm starved..." He said as he just realized he hadn't had anything to eat, all day, and Nick... Nick vomited whatever he had eaten. "Nick, you hungry? How about you Scott?"

Nick looked up from his coloring book and nodded his head like crazy. "I'm hungy!"

"I could eat," Scott said with a nod.

Justin chuckled. "I figured as much." He then looked up at the guys and knew that they were probably starving too. "There's a pizzeria a block down, I'm gonna go and get all of us something to eat," he said as he stood up and checked his wallet making sure he had enough money. He did. "Requests...?"

Everybody but Brian and Nick said they wanted peperoni pizza. They wanted cheese instead. "Me come too?" Nick asked, not really wanting to be left coloring.

Justin nodded his head and looked over at Scott. "Let's get going," he said and then looked over at the guys. "We'll be back in bit." With that they walked out of the arena, Justin holding onto Nick's hand, as they walked the block down, body guards in tow, down to the pizzeria.

"Me want cheese," Nick said at least five times on the way over as if Justin didn't already know that.

Scott laughed at the way Nick was acting. "He is definitely two...I have a nephew who is exactly his age and he acts exactly like that."

Justin nodded his head as they entered the pizza parlor. "You two can have a seat while I go order," he said as he walked over to the counter. "Could I please have four large pepperoni's and one large regular pizza." He placed his order to the young man and walked back to where the guys were sitting to wait for his order to be done.

Nick bounced in his seat as they waited. He had been sitting so much that day that he was wired for sound all of a sudden.

"I think I'm going to get sea sick sitting here." Scott laughed as the seat bounced even more.

Justin chuckled and scooted over so that Scott could sit next to him in peace. "We wouldn't want that," he said.

Scott moved to sit next to Justin and was quiet for a second before he spoke up softly. "AJ's your boyfriend isn't he?" He asked not really sounding upset but he was kinda sad. It hadn't been until he glanced back when they were leaving to see the look on AJ's face that he knew what was going on. He wasn’t the type to flirt with somebody else’s boyfriend so he knew he should stop. He just hoped Justin would want to be just strictly friends with him.

Justin's head immediately snapped to look at Scott, shocked. "Um," he said. "Uh, what makes you say that?" He didn't know if he should tell Scott any of that stuff since if word got out he knew AJ would get in a lot of trouble with Lou.

"I know the jealous boyfriend look well. I used to get it a lot with my ex...hence why he's my ex. He wasn't all that faithful," Scott said making a face but then smiled a little. "It's cool man I promise I won't say anything."

"Dat ours...dat ours?" Nick asked pointing at the pizza that was coming towards them only to go past to a few tables back. Nick then pouted like crazy mumbling about how he was hungry.

Justin chuckled as he reached over and ruffled Nick's hair. "In a minute bouncy," he said. "We'll get the pizza." He then looked over at Scott. "So... you're gay? I didn't know that. I thought you were straight..." He paused. "Um, I know this sounds like a really dumb question but back at the studio... you weren't flirting with me, were you? 'Cause I'm like totally new to this whole dating a guy thing and well, I've never been hit on by a guy before... at least I don't think..."

Scott blushed a little and nodded his head. "I kinda was...I mean I didn't know if you were gay either...but I was just taking my chances and flirting. Normally straight guys catch on and tell me to knock it off." He laughed a little.

"Me no bouncy...me Nick," Nick said sticking his tongue out at Justin, giggling a little.

"Oh," Justin said. No wonder AJ was jealous. Damn. "I guess since I didn't tell you to knock off that gave you a clue that I'm not all that straight." He chuckled before he stuck his tongue back out at Nick. "Bouncy," he said. "That's what I'mma call you every time you bounce."

Nick decided he would wiggle in his seat instead, he then looked over and he noticed a young couple kissing. This seemed a little weird to him because it was a guy and a girl kissing...something he didn't see, well,...at all around him.

Scott noticed Nick looking at the people and wanted to tell him not to stare but he didn't find that was his place. Plus he noticed the confused and curious look on his face. "I wonder what he's thinking," he whispered to Justin.

Justin looked over at Nick and followed his line of vision. He leaned forward and told Nick, "It's not polite to stare at other people, like that," then he added. "Whacha' thinkin' about?"

"Why day do dat?" Nick asked, meaning the kissing. He had never actually seen his parents kiss so in reality he had never seen a guy and a girl kiss before. "Dat girl...dat guy..." Plus, he really didn't even know the difference between guys and girls so that didn't help things any either.

Justin blushed as he had no idea just how to explain that to Nick. "Well, when a guy and girl," he chuckled, "really like each other, they tend to show their affection by hugging, or holding hands, and... kissing. There are other ways but mostly when they are dating and in public they do that because they love each other." He really hoped that explained things.

"But he wit girl." Nick pointed out, that was the part that confused him the most since he was only around gay men...and only saw two guys kissing.

"I don't think he's ever seen a guy and a girl kissing before." Scott whispered.

Justin got that much. "Well, that's usually how it goes," he said. "Boys and girls go together. Opposites attract kinda thing but some times, sometimes girls and girls get together and boys and boys... did that make sense?"

Nick smiled and nodded his head, he got it. "Oh otay," he said and then started wiggling in his seat instead of bouncing.

"I think somebody has a bunch of pent up energy." Scott laughed and then thought about something. "You think the guys would let us take him to the park? There is one just a few blocks from here...I bet he could use the fresh air and exercise."

"Oh, that sounds cool," Justin said. "We'll ask them once we go back." Just then he heard their order being announced and he excused himself before grabbing the pizza boxes. "Come on," he said walking over to the door as their body guards joined them. "The faster we get there, the sooner we get to eat."

"Food, Food, food!" Nick chanted as he bounced with Scott and Justin out the door, but he did stop enough to take Justin's hand as they walked on the side walk back to the arena.

Scott carried the pizza boxes happy that things had been totally figured out between him and Justin. He would admit he wanted him for more than a friend but he knew AJ must really care for the curly haired blonde if he kept shooting him looks like that.

Justin sighed as he spread the blanket he had gotten from the prop room over the freshly cut green grass of the park. He placed their pizza box down on the middle before indicating for Scott and Nick to sit down. "It's really nice and beautiful..." He said looking around. "I feel relaxed."

Nick had totally forgotten about food and was eyeing the swings, slide and sandbox that was just right over from where they were sitting. "Me pay?"

"Aren't you hungry?" Justin questioned as he opened the pizza box and the aroma was let out.

Nick was hungry but the swings were like calling his name. "Yeah...but me wana pay."

"Why don't you eat at least once piece and then go play?" Scott suggested, knowing Nick probably really was hungry but the playground was just too tempting.

"Ooo tay," Nick said as he picked up a pizza slice and started to eat it quickly.

Justin chuckled as he watched Nick finish the pizza quickly. Two minutes later Nick announced that he was done and that he wanted to go play. Justin agreed and smiled at the body guard who went along with Nick to keep an eye on him. Once Nick was happily playing with the swings he turned to Scott and asked, "So, how many guys have you dated... if you don't mind me asking."

"One," Scott answered once he had finished chewing. "We met in high school dated three years there and then one more once we got out but things ended up not really working out."

"Oh," Justin said. "I'm sorry to hear that." He then lied down on his back, bent his legs at the knees, brought one of his hands to absently scratch his stomach under the shirt, causing the shirt to ride up a little while he took another bite of his pizza with the other hand. "I think I'm falling for Seatlle, man. This place is like... heaven... Sure, I love LA but I could use the quietness."

"Yeah I know what you mean," Scott said as he leaned back onto his arms and looked up at the sky for a minute. "I used to live in Chicago...that's where I grew up, but I moved out here to live with my uncle after I graduated. I was just supposed to be a summer thing to help him out after surgery but I ended up staying...getting a job and not able to see myself anywhere else."

"Really? That's nice," Justin said looking over at Scott's profile. "What are you planning on being... like career wise?"

"I want to get into radio...obviously." Scott laughed. "But I want to be a DJ none of that high up mucky muck that makes you wear suits to work." It was then that Scott realized something. "How old are you...if you don't mind me asking."

Justin laughed. "I already told you that," he said. "Back there when you told me you were a twenty year old BSB fan..." he paused. "Seventeen, I’ll be 18 in January." He chuckled. "Why?"

Scott laughed and blushed a little. "Ohh, right, I forgot. I was just going to ask what you do normally when you're not with the guys. But then I remembered you might just be in school."

Justin nodded his head. "Yup, two more years of that, man. I'm kinda glad the guys asked me to tour with them... my tutor is cool." He laughed. "I got to meet new people..."

"Sounds like the perfect set up to me." Scott smiled as he glanced over to watch Nick play but was a little shocked to just see him standing there holding onto the slide not climbing it like it looked like he wanted and had been for the last five minutes once he got bored of the swings.

Justin looked over at Scott when he fell silent and then realized he was looking at Nick and so Justin diverted his gaze to Nick. He frowned before standing up and walking his way over to Nick. "Is everything alright?" He questioned.

"Yeah," Nick said almost too quickly as he moved away from Justin and over to some hanging bars only a few feet away to move into the same stance he was by the slide. It was obvious he didn't want Justin to know about something.

Scott got up and walked over to Justin when he saw Nick walk away from him. "Is he okay?"

"I don't know," Justin said watching Nick. "Hey, Nick," he called out walking over to where Nick was now. "Why are you trying to get away from me?" He questioned as he noticed Nick's too quick answer and the way he quickly walked away. "Tell me."

Nick looked at Justin with slightly flushed cheeks and a very guilty look on his face. "Noting...wong...go bye bye," he said in a slightly horse voice.

Scott just stayed where he was thinking maybe his presence would just make matters worse.

Justin narrowed his eyes. Nick only said 'go bye bye' when he was going potty in his diapers. Justin sighed as he walked closer to Nick and whispered in his ear. "If you're going potty in your diapers, it's okay. You don't have to be embarrassed by it... I don't want you to feel like you have to hide something like that from me," he said. He really needed Nick to know this.

Nick relaxed just a little and looked down at his feet as he finished doing a number on his diaper. Once he was done he looked up a big smile on his face ready to go back and play. Without saying anything else, or well trying to get past Justin before he stopped him he ran to the swings and started to swing on his stomach.

Scott was totally confused by what was going on but was happy to see that Nick was happily playing now.

Justin shook his head. He wasn't going to understand Nick's mentality, hell even a two year olds mind, anytime this century, he knew that much. Walking back over to Scott he just laughed. "Let's go back and relax," he said.

"What was that all about?" Scott asked as they walked back to the blanket.

Justin shrugged as he sat down and resumed his earlier position. "He gets like that sometimes," he said not wanting to tell Scott any of Nick's business. "When he can't figure out just what to do or when he's thinking about something..." Which was technically true. Wanting to change the subject he asked, "You said you came here to take care of your uncle after the surgery, is everything alright with him?"

"Oh yeah he's perfectly fine now. He had back surgery and wasn't able to work and do things for a good three months so I took care of him." Scott explained. "But now he's back to work and I just decided not to go back home."

"And your parents were cool with that?" Justin questioned knowing his parents would probably say no if something like that had happened.

"My mom wanted me to since it's her brother...as for my dad he could care less what I do," Scott said making a face, it was obvious he didn't get along with his father. "Plus, I guess I was getting into some bad shit back home so it was supposed to 'clean me up,'" he said making finger quotes with his hands.

"Ohh," Justin said as he nodded his head slowly. He was a curious type and he wanted to ask what kind of stuff Scott was getting in to and what happened with his father but decided not to pry right now... maybe later. "Well, it looks to me that you've got your self together and you're happy now."

"Yeah, Chicago is full of gangs and stuff and I started going around with the wrong kind of people. I guess I didn't make the best decisions and stuff." Scott explained and then glanced over to where Nick was still happily playing, now hanging on the bars.

Justin squinted his eyes so he could get a better look at Scott without having the sun on his face. He wondered why Scott kept looking over at Nick, "So, you said you're a Backstreet fan. Which one's your fave?"

Scott blushed a little, not really sure if he wanted to answer that question since Nick was his favorite. It was kind of weird since he was totally opposite from the blonde. He was more like AJ if any of them. "I like them all," he semi lied. He really did like them all but Nick was his favorite and it had hit him really hard when Nick had his stroke.

Justin suppressed the smile that was threatening when he took notice of Scott's blush, immediately knowing that Nick was...had been Scott's favorite. "Yeah..." Justin closed his eyes and folded his arms underneath his head. He was full, there was about half a box of pizza left, and he wanted to relax. He took in a deep breath and let out a content sigh.

Scott turned his head and smiled down at Justin and then got an idea. "Soo how did you and AJ hook up?" he asked, sounding a lot like a teenage girl wanting to get the latest scoop from one of her friends. If he was going to be Justin's friend he wanted them to be able to talk.

Justin smiled and then laughed as he thought about just how he and AJ had hooked up. "Well, he came looking for me at the beach... after a week of me MIA since I ran out of Nick's room... long story short, he was driving me home that night and i don't know... I just realized that I started to like him and I had this... some kind of feelings for him. We ended talking about it the next day after we both slept on it..."

"So you guys have only been together for like a week now or something?" Scott asked sounding in shock. By the way AJ had looked at Justin earlier it seemed like they were a lot more connected than that.

Justin wrinkled his forehead. "Yah, only a few days," he said. "Why do you sound so shocked?"

"With the daggers he was shooting at me earlier it just seemed like you were really connected I guess," Scott said with a shrug and then turned his head when he heard somebody walking up to them and smiled when he saw Nick.

"Me hungy...me have more?" Nick asked, pointing down at the pizza.

Justin opened his eyes and looked up at Nick... he almost looked ethereal with the way the sun was right behind his blonde head, casting an almost angel like glow to him. All Justin could do was nod his head.

"You eat so much cheese you're going to turn into a mouse," Scott teased Nick with the way he was eating the pizza quickly.

"Me no mouse," Nick giggled with his mouth totally full of food.

Justin laughed, he had been thinking the same thing earlier when Nick had been chanting 'cheese.' "He always eats with stuffing his mouth," he said. "It's quite an interesting sight."

Just to prove his point Nick did it again, shoving his mouth full of pizza so the slice was almost gone in like five mouth fulls.

Scott was about to say something when a loud vibrating sound could be coming from Justin's side of the blanket. "I think you're phone is going off," he giggled at the semi freaked look out Justin's face since he always forgets he put it on vibrate.

Justin was about to jump into the tree that was hovering above them when he heard the vibrating sound of his cell. "Darnn thing," he said as he reached for it and flipped it open. "Hello?"

"Hey baby...just calling to tell you we're all heading back to the hotel for a few hours in a few minutes," AJ said over the sound of somebody screaming and running by. "Kevin...Jesus you sound like a girl!" He yelled.

Justin couldn't help but laugh at that. "What's going on? What'd I miss?" He questioned after hearing the scream. "That was KEVIN? Our Kevin?"

"Howie is chasing him, trying to smack his ass...I think it's some scary kinky thing that I'm not sure I really want to know about." AJ laughed, shaking his head. "But yeah, would be good if you guys head back now since we're probably leaving here in like 10 minutes."

"Awwww," Justin said, he really wanted to spend more time out in the park and just relax. "But it's so nice out here in the park. You guys should like come here and just relax for a few minutes... God knows you guys need it!" Justin said.

AJ felt his stomach twist in knots hearing Justin say that. He really wanted to spend some time with his boyfriend. It wasn't really a sexual want but just the need to cuddle and talk and stuff. Things had been so crazy that day he just wanted to snuggle up with his boyfriend and not be around all those other people...not to mention Scott. "Yeah...I guess we could," he said with a sigh, not wanting to make Justin do something he didn't want to.

Justin frowned at AJ's sigh and got the feeling that what he said was just to appease him. "Or... we could just head back to the arena right now and go back to the hotel..." he said, sitting up and indicated to Nick and Scott that they would be heading back.

"But you want to stay at the park. Hell, you can just stay at the park and we'll pick you guys up when we get back for the concert," AJ said, sounding a little more pissed off then he really wanted to. He was just tired, hurt...still jealous and yeah fucking horny...but that wasn't the main problem.

Scott looked at Justin having a feeling something was wrong. Instead of listening into the conversation he started to help Nick pack up their stuff.

Justin pulled the phone back from his ear and stared at it in shock for a few seconds before putting the phone back and counting to ten. He reminded himself that the guys had a really long and stressful day and so he shouldn't get worked up about AJ taking it out on him. "I said we're coming back," he said in a soft voice and then sighed. "Fine, whatever, we'll just come by and drop Nick off, and then head on back to the park or whatever..." Justin said thinking maybe AJ just needed to cool off or something.

AJ noticed the way Justin was talking and he knew the way he sounded and sighed. "Justin I'm sorry...really baby do what you want to do." Now he felt bad for yelling and really did want Justin to do what Justin wanted to do.

Nick stood up and pulled at his jeans in the back, trying to get mess from sticking to him. He then tried acting normal because he didn't want Brian to know he was poopy when they got back because he was a big boy and didn't do this sort of thing...even though he did.

Justin shook his head and grabbed the empty pizza boxes to throw out in the garbage. "It's okay, I know you guys had a stressful day so I just don't wanna be another burden to that," he said as he threw the boxes out and got a hold of Nick's hand as they started making their way back to the arena. "Um, I'll see you all in a bit..."

"Okay, bye bye," AJ said before he hung up the phone.

"Trouble in paradise?" Scott asked, hoping he wasn't prying into Justin's life too much but he wanted to help if he could.

Justin sighed as he put his cell back in his pocket and rubbed his face with his hand. "I don't even know... I think it's just been a really bad day for everyone," he said. What else could it be? "Everyone's headed back to the hotel..." Justin paused not really sure what to do about Scott or with himself.

"You should go spend time with AJ. He misses you I bet and I think you should make him feel secure that I'm not a threat," Scott said with a smile. "We'll keep in touch, I mean you have my e-mail and my phone number and visa versa so we'll keep in touch."

Justin nodded his head. "I kinda feel bad but um, for tonight's concert... instead of going through the waiting in line and all that...just come to the back and give me a call... I'll get you," he said.

Scott smiled more and nodded his head, "Okay cool that sounds good." They were now at the back entrance to the arena so he stopped. "I gotta get going but I'll see you guys in a few hours?"

Nick smiled and waved at Scott. "Bye Bye."

Justin gave a small smile and waved at Scott. "See you later," he said and turned around as he escorted himself and Nick in to the building only to stop as he saw the guys walking towards them, obviously out to the van. He and Nick just back tracked and walked out the door.
