Nick jumped out of the taxi that brought them home and then grabbed his duffle bag when the driver handed it to them. "Wow...this place seems huge and its so HOT." he laughed.
Justin paid the fare and grabbed his duffle bag from the cab driver before walking up behind Nick. "Home sweet home," he said with a smile before nudging Nick to walk forward.
Nick headed up the front steps and got his own key out to open the door. Just as he was about to open it, it opened without him actually turning the knob and Kelly almost came crashing into them. "Whoa."
Kelly, startled for the moment, quickly shook her head and smiled big when she saw Nick and Justin standing at the door. "Hey guys," she greeted in an excited voice, adjusting her bag of her shoulder with the remaining of her things from Justin's house.
"Hey girl," Justin greeted with a big smile and was about to lean over and give her a kiss and a hug when she bounced by them down the front steps.
Nick watched Kelly get into her car and drive off with a raised eyebrow. "Hi to you too," he mumbled before he headed into the house, dropping his duffle in the entry hall.
Justin too watched Kelly drive away before following Nick into the house. "Well, she was in a hurry," he said out loud to no one in particular.
"Thirsty," Nick said as he walked towards the kitchen, not saying more then that.
Justin looked over at Nick and wondered if he was missing something. Shaking his head he reminded himself that Nick took his medication this morning and it would take a little more time for everything to work right again. He then walked up the stairs to his room, duffle bag in hand. Kicking his shoes off and throwing his bag in the direction of the closet he plopped on his bed and let out a content sigh. It was good to be home again.
About ten minutes later, Nick came up the stairs and headed into his own room. He tossed his bag on the bed and then headed down the hall. He knocked on the side of the door. "Can I come in?"
Justin picked his head up and looked back at Nick with a nod of his head. "Yeah," he said groaning as he pushed himself to roll over onto his back.
Nick walked into the room and then came and flopped on the bed with Justin. "It's weird being back in this bed again, seems a lot bigger and a lot less lumpy."
Justin smirked at him. "We should have packed your bed along with the desk," he said.
"Why?" Nick asked not understanding why Justin would want his bed.
Justin shrugged. "Memories," he said with a chuckle. "But more so... you don't have to feel weird... although the bed goes in your room."
"I think its best I left most of that stuff back there." Nick admitted as he moved so his head was resting on Justin's shoulder. "Plus we can make memories here too."
"We kinda already have," Justin said looking up at the ceiling.
"Yeah we have," Nick said with a smile as he glanced at the ceiling wondering what was so interesting that Justin kept looking at.
Just then the phone rang and Justin blindly reached for it. "Hello?" He greeted in a low voice, listening to the caller for a few moments before nodding his head, "One sec," and handing the phone to Nick. "It's for you." It didn't even faze him at who the male caller was and why he was looking for Nick but in the back of his mind, that voice really did sound familiar.
Nick was surprised to hear the phone was for him and took it with an odd look on his face. "Hello?" he asked, his head still buried under Justin's chin.
"Uh, Nick?" JC questioned, unsurely. The person that answered the phone sounded familiar to him but he didn't think too much about it. He was thinking more on the fact that another guy answered Nick's phone.
Nick's eyes went wide when he recognized JC's voice. "Yeah..." he said trying to act like he didn't really notice who it was.
JC smiled big. "Hey," he greeted. "It's um, JC...how are you?"
"I'm pretty good...how are you?" Nick asked, trying to keep the conversation light.
"Pretty good," JC replied. "I didn't call at a bad time, did I?"
Nick glanced down at Justin's chest that he was lying on and smiled a little. "No you didn't..."
"Good to hear man," JC said with a smile of his own. "I'm not really trying to be a prick or anything but I'll be in town for another day before I have to fly back to Florida for a few days on this business thing... and I was wondering if you'd like to have that dinner with me, tonight or even tomorrow night?"
Nick had no idea what to say but then thought he should be as honest as he possibly could. "JC, I'm thankful for the offer, it's very nice of you but I'm kind of seeing someone." he said now knowing JC was trying to ask him out on a date for sure.
Justin had been vaguely listening to Nick's side of the conversation but it wasn't until Justin heard him mention JC's name that Justin immediately sat up, Nick's head dropping on the bed with the sudden movement, and glared at Nick and then at the phone. "What the fuck?" He questioned, angrily...not at Nick but at JC albeit JC didn't know a damn thing about his relationship with Nick but still.
"Oh," JC said not able to hide the sadness in his voice. "I'm sorry to hear that and sorry to have bugged you like this." He felt very awkward at the moment.
Nick sighed he hated making people sad, "We can still hang if you want to...just know that it would only be hanging...." his words got caught in his throat as his head banged back when Justin got up and cursed down at him.
Justin frowned at Nick before diverting his gaze to the phone. He then looked back at Nick wondering when the hell JC became bi or gay or whatever it was that he was.
JC got concerned when he heard the little gasp that escaped Nick and distant cursing from someone else. "Nick, is everything alright?" He questioned before taking in a deep breath. "Friends… that's good... yeah." He could do the whole friends thing.
"Yeah...fine," Nick said as he rubbed the back of his neck glaring at Justin; that had really hurt. "You sure you're okay with that?" he asked wanting to make sure he hadn't totally messed things up with JC. Hell at some point JC would know about them and he didn't need an enemy in Justin's best friend.
JC nodded his head although he made a face while doing it. He was thankful Nick couldn't see him at the moment. "Uh yeah," he said with a chuckle. "Everything's cool. Alright, well... I think I took up enough of your time... talk to you or see you around some time or something."
Nick sighed, feel like shit now. He knew what it was like be turned down he hated doing it even though he knew it was the only thing to do. He just didn't like making people sad. "Yeah...see you around." he said and then heard JC hang up the phone so he did the same. He then turned to Justin. "You know you could have warned me when you were going to shoot up like that." he said sitting up still rubbing the back of his neck.
Justin rolled his eyes before nodding at the phone and getting up off the bed. He headed for the bathroom to go wash his face or dunk his head in ice cold water, he was too upset at the moment. While heading to the bathroom he asks, "What did he wa-" before he was cut off by the phone ringing.
"I'll get it," Nick said as he picked the phone up from where he dropped it beside him. "Hello?"
JC frowned as he took the phone away from his ear and started at the display screen where the number was shown. Yes, it was Justin's home number but... the voice... it was... Nick. "Uh... Justin?" He questioned, unsurely. Maybe it was Trace but Trace didn't sound like Nick, at all.
Nick's eyes went wide, what the hell was he supposed to do now. "Uh...just a second." he said as he tossed the phone down, stared at it for a moment before calling, "Uhh Justin!"
"What?" Justin called out of the bathroom from where he was splashing his face with water.
"Uhh JC's on the phone...for you." Nick said feeling his heart thumping in his chest.
Justin paused before taking in a deep breath. He grabbed the face towel and dried his face off before walking into the bedroom. "Did he say why?" He questioned, his own heart pumping faster wondering what JC wanted to talk to him about. Surely, he'd figured things out by now so, what was Justin going to say? Justin didn't know.
Nick shook his head, "He sounded really confused and pretty much thought I was you and I flipped." he said as he picked up the phone holding it out to Justin.
Justin took the phone carefully almost as if it was going to explode any second. Bringing it to his ear he took in a deep breath and decided to just act normally. "Hey Jace," he greeted as he would usually.
"Okay it is you," JC said with a sigh of relief. "I was beginning to think I had lost my mind." he then cleared his throat not thinking Justin would have any idea what he was talking about. "Sorry man I just hand a really weird experience, but anyways...where have you been?"
Justin cleared his throat and sat down at the edge of the bed next to Nick who looked rather pale, "Weird experience?" He questioned. "What, like out of the body or meeting an alien kind of experience?"
"No more like I was sure I called the wrong number," JC laughed. "It's kinda funny actually; I just called the Nick guy you know you're bartender at the restaurant to see if he wanted to go out with me. Which he turned me down...go figure he's dating somebody...but anyways. I was sure he was the one that picked up YOUR phone. I guess that's what you get for really digging somebody and wanting um, you start hearing things."
Justin let out a strangled laugh which he himself cringed at. "Yeah, that is funny," he said and then mumbled in a whisper, "but you're not hearing things." He looked over at Nick and gave him a small smile, reaching out and patting his knee. "Since... when... um, I didn't know... you're... Are you gay?"
JC laughed a little, "I've been Bi for years, Justin...you've just been really busy lately to notice."
Nick smiled a little as he reached over and took Justin's hand in his. He was feeling rather insecure right now and it made him feel good to have Justin's hand in his.
"Oh," Justin said in a small voice wondering what else he didn't know. "Uh... is there anything else I don't know?" He questioned, unsurely. "Like about the rest of the guys...?"
"If they are gay or Bi?" JC asked but then just went on the answer it as if that was the question. "You know for a fact Joe isn't he's married and has a daughter, and Chris loves pussy a little too much." he laughed. "You already know about Lance."
"Well, I was just asking... maybe things changed," Justin said with a shrug. "Sure as hell have to me anyways. So, yah... what's up?"
"I was wondering if you know for sure that Nick is gay...and if you know who he's datin." JC said not once even thinking that he was talking to the person.
Justin looked over at Nick wondering if it was any of his business to broadcast Nick's business. "Yes, and… yes," he answered JC but didn't mention who the person was.
"Really...do you think it's possible that I could like get between him and this guy and like win?" JC asked showing he really had an interest in Nick.
"I don't think so," Justin said shaking his head, his stomach turning into knots, "No way."
JC sighed, "Man that sucks...he's as hot as hell."
Nick could tell Justin was getting even more agitated and mouthed 'you okay?'
Justin nodded his head when Nick questioned him before he took in a shaky breath. "Yeah, he is," he said. "But don't try anything with him, you hear me? I mean it Jace... you mess with him and our friendship will get ruined."
That caught JC off guard, why would Justin care so much. "What are you talking about J?"
"Just what I said JC," Justin said. "Nick's taken and you try anything to get him to be yours... you and I are through."
"Why do YOU care so much?" JC asked getting really confused.
Nick's eyes were wide again, JC was actually thinking about trying to get him still even after he said he wasn't single?
"Because," Justin said as he ran a frustrated hand over his head. "I know the guy that he's dating, very well. And I would hate to see them breaking up because you wanna date Nick. They already have issues to deal with in their relationship but the last thing I want... for them... is to break up just when everything's settling down... for them."
"You sure know a lot about this guy for only being in town for like a month." JC stated, beginning to feel something odd going on.
"Yeah, well..." Justin said. "You know how paranoid I am when I hire people and stuff... I have to know them and... Trust them. So, yeah... just like Kelly and I... Nick and I are pretty close so I know him." He wondered if JC would get the hint.
JC laughed a little at that, "I doubt you're as close to Nick as you are Kelly...you're not fucking him."
Justin coughed. "Well, I'm not, you got that right..." He trailed off. "Just... promise me you won't try anything with him, please?"
Just then Lynn came and knocked on the door, "Justin you and Nick want something for lunch?" she asked not realizing Justin was on the phone.
JC heard this; his eyes going wide, "No fuckin way..."
Justin closed his eyes and turned around in the general direction of the door. Slowly he opened his eyes and saw his mom standing there. Damn it, he wasn't imagining things. "Uh... I don't think I can hold anything down at the moment," he told his mom before giving his attention to the phone call at hand. He wanted to go and throw up. "Uh... what?" He questioned JC.
Lynn got a confused look on her face, "Uhh...sure." she said before she turned and then walked out of the room.
Nick put his head in his hands shaking it mumbling things to himself.
"You're mama just..." JC groaned he didn't know what he was thinking. "Something isn't right, you're not telling me something."
"I have no idea what you're talking about," Justin said trying to play dumb. Maybe he could convince JC that he was indeed hearing things.
"I was right...Nick DID answer your phone when I called just now and YOU did answer the phone when I called for him." JC stated beginning to get worked up. "Justin Timberlake what the fuck is going on!"
Justin scrubbed his hand through his hair. "What do you think is going on?" He finally answered in a question.
JC was quiet for a second and then when he answered the question his voice was a lot softer then it had been a few seconds ago. "Are YOU the one who's dating Nick?"
Justin felt his heart beating faster. Telling JC... would be like his coming out thing and he wasn't sure if he wanted to 'come out' or much less was ready for it. But there was nothing he could do about it now. "Yes."
"Shit..." JC whispered not sure what else he was supposed to say. "Justin...are you okay?" he asked feeling so shitty now.
Nick saw Justin pail even more and had NO idea what he was saying 'yes' to but he thought he had a good idea.
"Uhhh, yeah," Justin said massaging his temples. "I'm okay..." He took in a deep breath. "Are YOU okay?"
"I feel like a piece of shit, man I had no idea...I'm SO sorry." JC said seriously feeling like he had totally screwed things up with his best friend. "If I had known...I wouldn't have." he then thought about the night a few nights ago in the bathroom with Justin. "Shit...no wonder Nick seemed so weird when I asked him...he couldn't tell the truth."
"Yeah, I know you didn't know," Justin said. "But I was kinda hoping you would have dropped the issue once I asked you to without me telling you who he was dating... but nooo," he chuckled trying to lighten the mood. "You and your curiosity... gee!"
JC blushed, "Sorry." he said again still feeling shitty for the whole thing. He then thought about something and laughed. "I have the same question for you...since when did YOU turn bi or gay?"
"Bi..." Justin said and scrunched up his face as he thought about it. "I guess I was for a while but it didn't really surface until I met Nick. I'm still getting used to everything."
"Well if you ever need anybody to like talk to and stuff." JC said with a small smile. "That is if you don't think I'm a total piece of shit now."
Justin laughed. "No, I don't think that," he said. "I mean... I understand your attraction to Nick. I guess if he was dating someone else... I'd probably be in the same boat as you, trying to get with him."
Nick looked up and then blushed his head looking down again. This was a little weird hearing Justin talking about HIM to somebody else on the phone and probably knowing the other guy was agreeing with him.
JC laughed, "Yeah he's definitely good to look at."
"But no more looking," Justin said in a stern voice before pouting. "He's mine."
Nick smiled as he picked at a strong on the comforter, this was so weird.
JC smiled, "Yes sir."
Justin flopped backwards on the bed and let out a deep sigh. "Okay, now that we got everything out in the open... how are you doing?"
"I'm doing good have some business stuff to care of here tomorrow through next week." JC said wondering if he should tell Justin he's thinking about doing his own Solo CD too.
"That's good," Justin said before moving so that he his head was on Nick's lap. He then took one of Nick's hands and placed it on his head, wanting Nick to run his hands over it. "And you're coming back to LA after that?"
"Yeah," JC replied as he took almost the same position as Justin except he was just lying on his bed not with anybody else.
Nick smiled as he ran his fingers through Justin's short hair that was beginning to get its curls back. He was glad to see that Justin seemed to be doing okay with how things were turning out.
"I have to go to Toronto in like two days," Justin said. "For the filming..."
"Oh yeah that's right..." JC said smiling, "My friend the big movie star."
Justin chuckled. "Don't know about that," he said. "I'm just trying different things and roles... its fun."
"Is Nick going with you?" JC asked not realizing this was a somewhat touchy subject.
"No," Justin said softly. "Too many suspicions would arise... besides, I don't need any more attention especially after the damn super bowl thing."
"Yeah..." JC said not totally agreeing with Justin but he wasn't going to say anything, it didn't feel like his place.
"Besides," Justin said. "He's working now..."
JC chuckled a little, "Some how I get the feeling he would totally drop that if he got the chance to go."
Justin sighed. "I'm sure too," he said but like Nick had said before, he didn't want to depend on Justin for everything and Justin promised to help him out, hence why he offered Nick a job at Chi.
Nick swallowed, he didn't like the way this conversation had started to go. He didn't like to think about Justin leaving him in a few days, it made his chest tighten up just thinking about it.
"But you know what's best so I won't tell you want to do." JC said and then glanced at the clock. "Shit I gotta get going. Call me sometime once you get yourself settled up in Canada."
"Will do," Justin said. "Have fun and talk to you later. Bye bro." With that he hung up the phone and tossed it next to him. He looked up at Nick and gave him a small smile. "Sorry about earlier." He apologized for the way he acted.
"You don't gotta be sorry," Nick said with a small smile of his own.
"Hmm," Justin said as he closed his eyes, feeling emotionally drained. Plus, they'd woken up rather early that morning to say goodbye to Anne and get to the airport.
"Sleepy?" Nick asked feeling Justin relaxing in his lap.
"Just a little," Justin said bringing his hand up showing his thumb and point a few centimeters apart from each other.
Nick laughed and then his stomach decided it was going to growl rather loudly, and it probably sounded even louder to Justin who was lying right next to it.
"Hungry?" Justin asked with a chuckle when he heard Nick's stomach make its demands.
Nick blushed a little, "Yeah I guess I am."
Justin rolled over so that he had his head resting on the pillow. "Go get something to eat," he said. "I'm sure mama already made us something for lunch. Just come back up here when you're done."
"Don't want me wondering around the house alone?" Nick teased as he got up off the bed.
"Nah, you could do that," Justin mumbled, closing his eyes. "I just want you next to me."
Nick smiled, "I wana be next to you too...so I will be back." with that he headed out of the room and down the stairs. He could here commotion in the kitchen and smiled glad to know he'll have company while he ate.
Lynn finished washing the dishes before wiping her hands on the dish towel. She turned around and smiled as she saw Nick walk into the kitchen. "Hey sweetie," she greeted him.
Nick smiled back, "Hey...you mentioned lunch..."
"I did," Lynn said as he motioned for him to take a seat, "Homemade pizza." She walked over to the over and pulled out a medium sized pizza plate that had pepperoni and bell peppers as toppings. "Hope you don't mind." She set it in front of Nick.
Nick's stomach growled loudly again and laughed. "Not at all that looks wonderful!"
She looked at the entrance of the kitchen before looking down at Nick. "Justin isn't coming down to eat?" She questioned as she cut up some slices for Nick and placing it on his plate.
"He's really tired," Nick explained as he took it upon himself to go get himself a can of coke and then going back to where he had been sitting at the counter.
"Is everything alright?" She questioned, concerned. "How was your flight and your stay in Indiana?"
Nick nodded his head as he picked up one of the slices. "The flight was good, we slept most of it and Indiana was...well it had its good and bad moments but all in all a good trip."
Lynn smiled warmly at him before pouring herself a glass of fruit punch and taking a seat opposite of him. "Good to hear," she said before taking a bite of her pizza slice.
"Yeah," Nick said not really wanting to mention what happened last night and not sure if she should say what had gone on upstairs.
Lynn watched Nick for a moment. "Is everything okay?" She questioned again. She had sensed when she had gone upstairs to ask if the boys wanted any lunch, high tension in the room.
Nick sighed, "I think so."
"Not that I want to pry," she said with a small chuckle. "But it doesn't have anything to do with you and Justin now would it? Things between you two are going well?"
"Yeah they are..." Nick said and then smiled. "I just found out Justin has a very big jealous side."
Lynn chuckled as she nodded her head. "He does," she agreed. "Who is he jealous of?"
"JC," Nick said blushing a little. "He kinda has a thing for me."
Lynn's eyes widened. "JC... as in... JC the same one from NSYNC?" She laughed. "I think he has a thing for attractive blondes."
Nick blushed even more, "Yeah we didn't even know he swung that way."
"I had my doubts," Lynn admitted as she thought about it. "So, everything's good now... between the three of you."
"I think so," Nick said after he finished chewing a bit of his pizza. He wasn't sure if he should talk to Lynn about what else was bothering him. Every time he talked to Kelly about it she always got weird and pretty much told him to buck it up.
Lynn took another bite of her slice before titling her head to the side. "You know," she said after a few moments. "You don't have to talk to me if you don't want to... but I'm always there if you need someone to talk to and I'm not just saying that because you're dating my son."
"I wouldn't know you if I wasn't dating your son," Nick giggled trying to bounce around the topic of talking. He knew he needed to but he didn't want to be put down and felt stupid again.
"Well," Lynn said slowly. "I was under the impression that you two were friends before you two started dating... and if my memory serves me right... you two got together around Christmas time at our home in Memphis."
Nick blushed once again, "True." he said and then sighed. "I guess I'm kinda scared to talk cuz the last few times I've talked to somebody about this they kinda made me feel dumb."
"Let me tell you something," Lynn said in her parental tone. "It's something I've always told Justin, amongst other things... and I'm going to tell you the same thing. Never feel bad about the way you feel, sometimes you just can't help it... but mostly importantly, don't let anyone else make you feel bad about the way you feel."
Nick's looked down at his pizza and nodded his head. He knew she was right but he still wasn't sure if he should talk to her about it.
Lynn finished up her last slice before taking a long drink out of her glass. She got up and patted Nick's shoulder in a comforting gesture before taking her empty dishes to the sink.
"I don't want Justin to go to Toronto and leave me here." Nick stated after a few minutes of silence between them.
Lynn turned around and looked at Nick wondering what to say to that. "Is it because you don't feel comfortable that Justin wouldn't be around for a while or is it something else?"
Nick thought about that for a second, "I just...I don't feel good when he's gone...it scares me and makes me feel weird."
She walked over and sat across from him. "Justin's going to back honey," she tried to reassure him. "He won't leave you. Have you talked to Justin about this?"
"Yeah," Nick whispered trying to keep himself from crying or panicking or all of the above. "Last night...we...talked about it."
"And...?" She asked.
"He just said the same thing you did that he's not gunna leave me and that he'll come back, but I...I still..." Nick still wasn't sure totally how to explain how he felt. He was petrified for Justin to leave and it wasn't that he was scared he was never going to come back.
Lynn had been informed through Justin about Nick's shady past and how at the moment he's taking medication for depression. She thought back to when she'd first met Nick and how emotional and clingy she had been with Justin and couldn't help but wonder if it had something to do with his past. If something more happened that no one had been told. "I was just wondering... why did Justin get you that job at Chi?" she asked.
"Cuz I didn't want him to have to pay for everything for me all the time." Nick said not sure what that had to do with anything.
Lynn nodded her head. "If you don't work you don't get paid right?" She reasoned. "If Justin were to take you with him... you'd be depending on him, wouldn't you be? I mean, I think it would be a learning experience for you if you stayed here in LA. You get to learn the area, take in the sights, and do other things."
"Yeah I know," Nick said and then groaned getting up he carried his plate to the sink. "Thanks for the talk." he said as he headed out of the room. He knew Lynn was right, but that still didn't make him physically feel better. It wasn't that he didn't understand and hell he was used to being by himself that didn't scare him. He didn't understand why he felt the way he did and it made him mad.
Lynn sighed having a feeling she really didn't help make things better for Nick but she hoped he'd come around and feel better soon, at least before Justin has to leave for a month.
Instead of going upstairs to lie with Justin, Nick grabbed his car keys and headed out the front door. He needed some time to think and to figure out what in the world was going on with himself.
Lynn heard the front door open and close before a car started and headed off. She walked to the front door and saw Nick in the car and really hoped he would be alright, she was getting worried about him. When she had the kitchen cleaned up she went upstairs to check on her son only to see that he was fast asleep. Quietly she walked back downstairs into the living room and decided to watch some TV. It wasn't until an hour and a half later that she heard foot steps enter the room. Looking over she saw her son standing their confused, but still trying to wake up at the same time.
Justin had woken up about ten minutes earlier with no Nick in his bed. He'd gone to Nick's room and no Nick there either. He had then gone about checking the bathroom and other rooms in the house when he heard the TV on. Thinking Nick was in the living room he headed there only to see his mom. "Mama?" He questioned. "Where's Nick?"
"He went for a drive, I think," she replied with a frown and watched Justin head out; probably back to the kitchen since his stomach just grumbled.
"Thanks," he called out over his shoulder as he placed a hand on his hungry stomach, walking to the kitchen.
Thinking she might as well have a conversation over lunch like she had with Nick, Lynn got up and followed Justin into the kitchen. "You must have been tired," she said knowing her son didn't take naps very often.
Justin looked up from where he'd been looking in the fridge over at his mom. "Yeah," he said. "Woke up way too early today and the nap on the flight... well, that doesn't count."
"Well that's good you could get a nap then." Lynn said with a small smile. "There should be a few slices of homemade pizza in there in some foil on the top shelf."
Looked Justin at where Lynn said the pizza was and smiled as he grabbed the foiled pizza and headed for the microwave to heat it up. "Thanks," he said.
"No problem," Lynn said and then just decided to get right into it. "Nick told me he's having problems with you leaving in a few days."
Justin sighed as he turned around from the microwave. "I don't know what to say to him anymore," he said. "I already told him he doesn't need to worry about it and that he wouldn't be alone if he stayed here."
"I pretty much told him the same thing," Lynn said and sighed. "I'm beginning to think there might be something more to it then just being scared you're not going to come back."
Justin frowned as he took the pizza out of the microwave and sat down at the table with a can of coca cola. "I mean, I already told you about his depression thing," he said. "What do you think it is...?"
"He didn't really give me details but when he was talking to me about it today he got really pale." Lynn said trying to think things through in her head at the same time as she talked. "How has he reacted before this point to you?"
Justin thought about it as he chewed. "Um," he said swallowing. "He always seemed to be happy for me when I do go but when I get back I find out he'd not been himself..."
"He mentioned you talked last night, how did that go?" Lynn asked hoping Justin had more information then Nick had.
"It went well, I guess," Justin said as he thought back to last night. "But then again he hadn't taken his meds for the last two days so he was feeling out of sorts."
Lynn nodded, "I think there are some things that he doesn't even understand right now, at least I get that vibe."
"It seems to be the case a lot lately," Justin said in a soft voice.
Lynn walked over to Justin and pulled him into a hug, "Honey he's not doing it to make you feel weird and I know he loves you and I know you love him. You'll both get through this."
"I hope so," Justin said hugging his mom back. "It's just... it happens ever time that I have to leave him or can't take him with me..."
Lynn thought of something for a second and pulled back looking at Justin. "You for sure can't take him with you?" She knew it would be good for Nick to keep a life of his own but it didn't seem like that was a good idea right now.
Justin looked up at his mom confused as he nodded his head. "Yeah... I mean... I can... but I can't..." he shook his head to try to get his thoughts together. "I'll be too busy filming and I don't want to have to worry if Nick's entertained enough, if he'd be okay when I go down to the set, if I hurt his feelings when I can't always be next to him or something..."
"How is that any different then him staying here?" Lynn asked just trying to understand what her son was saying.
"Because, over there, there are more people around..." Justin said and realized how lame that sounded. "I mean, a lot of paparazzi and people lurking about. Things could get out of hand..."
Lynn took a deep breath, "That there sounds like your real reason, not weather Nick can entertain himself well enough. It's you're afraid what everybody else is going to think." with that said she turned to go make a pot of coffee, wanting her son to realize what exactly he was saying. What she didn't understand was the fact that Justin had never given a rats ass what people thought of him before.
Justin sighed as he looked down at his plate before pushing it away and resting his head in his hands that were propped up by the elbows. About a few minutes later he said, "I know I'm bi, mama," he said in a soft voice. "But I'm just not ready to share that with the world."
"I know that honey...and I'm not saying you should come out. I'm just saying taking a friend with you to a film shoot won't make people suspect things unless you act nervous about it." Lynn said really thinking that was true. "If you brought him and had him hiding all the time, then people will talk."
Justin rubbed a frustrated hand over his face. "I'm not trying to hide him... I just... He's clingy, and if he's around me all the time, people are gonna start talking. I mean, the only guys I've really hung out with are the rest of NSYNC... I didn't even hang with Trace all that much."
Lynn sighed she knew Justin was right but she also knew him leaving Nick back here wouldn't be good either. "It's you're call honey, whatever you decide I'll will support you."
Just then the sound of the front door opening could be heard.
Justin looked at his mom before looking at the entrance of the kitchen hoping that was Nick who just came home.
Nick walked into the kitchen and stopped when he saw Justin sitting there with his mom, he knew he had promised Justin he would come upstairs with him earlier and now he hoped he wasn't mad at him. "Hi."
"Hey," Justin said to him. "Is everything Ok?"
Nick simply shrugged his shoulders, he wasn't sure if everything was okay.
Lynn took that as her cue, "I need to go back and watch and find out who killed this guys daughter." with that she headed back into the family room to watch her movie.
"Okay," Justin said as he took a sip from his soda can before getting up to clean up, what his mom said still going through his mind.
"I'm sorry...I didn't come and lie with you." Nick said as he walked farther into the room and over to where Justin was.
"Where did you go?" Justin asked as he washed his plate but not looking at Nick.
"I just drove around," Nick answered.
"Ok," Justin said as he dried his hands on the dish towel and turned around. He leaned against the sink, cocking his head to the side. Before he'd gone to sleep everything was good between them and now all of a sudden things were back to being awkward and he hated it.
Nick swallowed hard and then made the first move; he walked over to Justin and wrapped his arms around him, resting his head on his shoulder. He hoped it was enough for Justin not to be mad at him if he was.
Justin sighed as he rested his hands on Nick's arms before kissing his cheek. "I'm sorry," he said apologizing for things he wasn't able to offer Nick at the moment. He felt like a horrible boyfriend.
Nick pulled back to look at Justin no idea what he was apologizing for. "For what...you didn't do anything."
Justin shook his head. "No… I, I'm sorry I can't take you with me to Toronto," he said in a whisper.
Nick bit his lower lip, "I take it your mom talked to you." he said with a sigh, moving his hands and then shoving them into his pockets.
Justin nodded his head slightly. "She didn't talk about you per say... mostly about me... and what I was doing," he tried to explain.
"Just don't worry about it Justin I'm just all fucked up and it's not your fault. I'll be fine here while you're gone." Nick said praying that was true.
"You're not, Nick," Justin said looking up at him.
"Not what," Nick said not sure which part of what he said Justin was commenting on.
"Fucked up," Justin replied. "You're no... fucked up."
Nick sighed, "I feel like it."
"Well, don't feel like that," Justin said standing up straight and walking past Nick over to the table, grabbing an apple from the fruit bowl.
Nick ran a hand through his hair, things were weird again and he hated it. "Why is it that as soon as we get home things get strange again? Why can't we be happy go lucky like we were in Indiana?"
"I don't know," Justin said with a shrug. "What made you go for a drive?"
"Trying to figure out why the hell I keep making such a big deal about all this stuff." Nick said shaking his head. "I mean I'm on my meds what the fuck is wrong with me?"
"I don't know Nick," Justin said taking a seat. "I still think it'd be a good idea to see a psychologist or something."
Nick made a face at that, he hated shrinks his parents had sent him to one for years. "I would rather not..." he said as he ran a nervous hand through his hair again.
"Okay," Justin said. "Whatever makes you feel better... you know yourself more than I do."
"I would rather not...but I think I should." Nick added as he took a seat at the counter, and rested his head in his hands.
Justin placed a comforting hand on Nick's knee before patting it. "Okay."
Nick didn't know what to expect from going to a psychologist, he was almost scared about what he was going to find out.
When Justin finished his apple and threw the core away he focused his attention back on Nick. "You didn't have to go if you don't want to; these things don't really work if you're not willing." At least that's what he thought. He also wanted to add that if Nick didn't want to go alone that he would accompany him but that was something he couldn't promise.
"I know I need to go, I'm just kinda freaked at what they are going to find out." Nick said making a face. "What if I'm like crazy or somethin?"
Justin chuckled. "Crazier than now?" He joked. "Nick... whatever they find out I'm sure it's something you already know..."
Nick raised an eyebrow, "I don't know anything besides the depression thing and the doc already confirmed that I still needed meds for that."
"Maybe... it has something to do with your past... whatever this thing is that's bothering you?" Justin suggested. "Because I don't see how you can be diagnosed as crazy."
"Yeah cuz if I was then you would have to be pretty crazy yourself," Nick teased and then took a deep breath. "But can we try and put this behind us and enjoy the rest of the night. I'll call the doc tomorrow.
Justin nodded his head and stood up, moving his way between the 'v' of Nick's legs, placing his hands on either side of his thighs on the counter. "We can do that," he said, smiling.
Nick smiled back, giggling. "Okay good cuz I'm sick of being depressed for one day."
"What do you wanna do?" Justin questioned, wrapping his arms around Nick's waist and resting his head on his shoulder. He chuckled when Nick wrapped his legs around his thighs.
"I like being a human octopus." Nick giggled.
"I like you being a human octopus," Justin replied nuzzling his face in the groove of Nick's neck.
Lynn decided to walk back into the room at this pointed and laughed. "I'm not even sure how you guys got yourself in that position." she teased.
Nick automatically dropped his legs blushing. He felt like a teenager again getting walked in on making out with his boyfriend.
Justin picked his head up and turned around, still in between Nick's legs, to look at his mother. "Simple," he said with a smile. "He sat on the counter and I stood right here." He gestured to his position in-between Nick's legs and laughed.
"Now you're making me miss your dad." Lynn laughed thinking she would be happy to get home to Paul even though she loved being here with Justin.
Nick made a face thinking about parental figures in the same position they were in now.
Justin made a face and felt bad that he was keeping his mom here when she could be home and happy. "Sorry mama," he said.
"For what?" Lynn asked as she grabbed a little carton of Ben and Jerry's.
Nick saw the ice cream and wondered to himself if there was more of that in there.
"Keeping ya here," Justin replied resting back against Nick. "Maybe we can get Paul here or something?"
Lynn shook her head and smiled, "He's gotta work honey and I'm fine here it's all okay. Now excuse me my movie is probably back on." with that she walked back out of the room.
Nick gently pushed at Justin. "Move it for a sec...I wana get something."
Justin moved out of the way before stretching a bit. He could really use a massage right about now, his body was killing him.
Nick walked to the fridge and opened the freezer. He smiled when he saw there was a carton of double fudge brownie in there. He got it out and then went and got a spoon. "Want some?" he asked a smirk on his lips, wondering what they could do with ice cream.
"Next you're wanna go in there and watch Lifetime with my mama," Justin said eyeing Nick incredulously but licking his lips nonetheless just thinking about the flavor of ice-cream.
"Hey I happen to like Lifetime!" Nick said in a playfully flamboyant voice.
"Joy," Justin said as he looked at the bucket of ice cream in Nick's hand. "Gonna share?"
"Hey give back!" Nick pouted as he attempted to get the ice cream back but Justin kept getting it away from him. Soon Justin was heading upstairs with it and Nick had to chase after him.
"Bring that back...that's mine!!"
"It was in my fridge," Justin called back as he ran into his room, laughing. "So, it's mine!"
"I live here too!" Nick whined as he ran after Justin.
"So, that makes you mine as well," Justin said flopping on the bed and trying to keep the ice-cream away from Nick.
Nick laughed, "Well yeah I am yours." Nick said as he climbed over Justin attempting to get to the ice cream still, but Justin was being tricky.
"Nice try Bub," Justin said rolling over the other side, away from Nick before quickly opening the contained and sticking his spoon inside, scooping out some for himself before placing it in his mouth.
Nick sat up and looked down at Justin with a very big 'Carter Pout' going. He didn't try and grab for the ice cream just sat there on his knees looking sad. "Meany."
Justin looked up at Nick and wondered if Nick was toying with him to try and trick him to give him the ice cream or if he really was sad. Either way, that damn pout was getting to him. "Fine, fine," he said getting up and moving closer to Nick. "We can share."
Nick smiled big, "Oh goody," he said also moving so he was sitting closer to Justin. Making it so they were hip to hip, he then moved his right leg over the top of Justin's left.
Justin placed the container on their thighs before spooning out a bit and holding the spoon up to Nick's mouth.
Nick opened his mouth and let Justin feed him the extremely chocolate ice cream. "Mmm that's good." he said moaning at the flavor. He then took the spoon and did the same for Justin.
Justin licked his lips after his spoonful before taking another one for Nick. But this time when he held it up to Nick's mouth he deliberately touched it to his nose making it look like an 'accident.' "Oops," he said when he saw chocolate ice cream on the tip of Nick's nose and the look on Nick's face. It was priceless and Justin wished he had a camera on hand.
Nick pouted but there was a playful gleam in his eyes. "You better get that off of there before I get too sticky."
Justin replaced the spoon in the container. "Just how do you suppose I get that off of you?" He questioned already shifting his position so that he was straddling Nick's thighs, the container of ice-cream between them.
"I dunno...but you're a very smart guy I bet you can figure something out." Nick said with a small smirk on his lips.
"Yeah, you're right," Justin said and began looking around. "What would a smart guy do? Hmm, oh darn... where's that box of tissues when you need them!?"
Nick laughed and then playfully poked Justin in the stomach, "Wise ass."
Justin licked his lips as he chuckled. He leaned over and licked the tip of Nick's nose free of the ice cream before placing a kiss there. "I guess I just have to compromise, huh?" He said, looking into Nick's eyes.
"Mmm hmmm," Nick moaned as he took another spoonful of ice cream put it in his mouth and then leaned over and kissed Justin passionately wanting to share the sweet treat.
Justin moaned into the kiss, swallowing some of the ice cream, before swirling his tongue with Nick's.
Nick's hands rested on Justin's hips, his fingers moving so they were running against the skin that was showing a little on his sides. The while time his tongue was trying to win a sensual battle against Justin's.
Justin blindly placed the container on the night stand just so it won't spill on them and on his bed. He moved down Nick's thighs a bit, his hands firmly grabbing Nick's hips before pulling him down. He did that one more time without breaking the kiss so that Nick was fully lying down on the bed and Justin was practically on top of him.
As the kiss continued, Nick's hands moved so they were moving up under Justin's t-shirt and over his strong back. He groaned into the kiss as he craved for it to never end.
A few more minutes of intense and passionate kissing Justin pulled back, trying to catch his breath. "Geez Nick... you're one hell of a good kisser."
Nick blushed a little, "Only cuz you're good too." he whispered.
"Yeah, you have a point there," Justin said in a joking manner before he leaned over and started them off on another kiss.
Nick was beginning to wonder as the kiss kept going how long he was going to be able to handle just this kissing fooling around stuff. It was just a natural guy thing to want more, but he definitely was done with bringing it up it was Justin's job to bring it up when he wanted it.
"Love you," Justin said after a few more minutes before placing a soft kiss to his lips and rolling off of him.
"Love you too," Nick said whimpering at the loss of Justin's body on top of his.
"More ice cream before it all melts?" Justin asked grabbing the container and taking more spoonfuls.
Nick smiled a she sat back up, "Yes please...it's really good."
Justin held the carton out for Nick before grabbing the remote and flipping through channels. When he reached Showtime he paused at the commercial for Queer As Folk played out. "What's that about...?" He wondered out loud.
It took Nick a second to realize what episode re-run that was playing. It was the very end of Season two. "Oh Justin...the blond guy he is messing around on Brian the brown haired guy cuz Brian isn't ready for a commitment and the guy Justin is messing around with is promising him love and stuff, which Brian can't give."
"Oh," Justin said frowning. "That doesn't sound good, at all..." He didn't like that one bit, personally. "Brian can't give the Justin guy love... as in sex... or as in 'I love you' blah, blah, blah?"
"I love you...cuz he sure as hell can give sex." Nick laughed. "Plus Brian has issues with fooling around too, but that was part of their deal. They could fuck around as much as they want but never kiss anybody else or see anybody twice." He laughed at the look on Justin's face. "The Justin guy fell in love with Ethan, is seeing him a lot more, not coming home at night...so he's breaking rules."
Justin's face heated up a little not sure if he liked this Justin guy falling from some other guy. What happens to Brian then? Poor guy. "That's a shitty deal to make and an even shittier thing to break."
"Yeah it is...but they get back together." Nick said with a smile. "This was last season."
"Oh okay, that's good to hear," Justin said with a small smile still not exactly liking the fact that 'Justin' actually fell for someone else.
Nick reached for the spoon once Justin put it back and then took a big bite of his own. He sat there thinking about how grateful he was that he had Justin's love even if he didn't have the sex, or all the time in the world with him. Once the show was over so was almost all the ice cream. "Okay...full..."
Justin looked at Nick and then into the container. "I would think so," he said. "There's nothing left in here." He laughed.
Nick blushed a little, "It was good." he simply said
"Yeah it was," Justin agreed as he put the bucket on the floor and stretched out on the bed.
Nick did the same thing as Justin, his hand going to rest on his pudgy tummy with a groan.
"Aww, don't you look so cute," Justin said looking over at Nick.
"Oh shut up," Nick said sticking his tongue out at Justin playfully.
"Even more adorable," Justin said rolling onto his side and throwing his leg and arms over Nick's legs and chest.
"We've gotten lazy," Nick laughed knowing it was only seven at night and they were already in bed...fooling around too. Then again Nick was thinking he could really get used to this.
"It's gonna be hell trying to get back into the swing of things," Justin sighed thinking about how he had tonight and tomorrow left to relax.
"Don't go; stay and snuggle with me for forever an ever," Nick said in a totally playful voice, he knew THAT wasn't possible for any of them so it wasn't said to make Justin guilty or anything like that. To emphasize his point he got into Octopus mode.
Justin chuckled. "Ooh its OctoNick," he said and then laughed at the lame name he just came up with.
Nick started busting up laughing, "Yes everybody watch out OctoNick is here."
"Okay, that was lame," Justin said shaking his head. "Don't ask where that came from... I don't even know." He got comfortable in Nick's octopus hold. He loved the fact that Nick was very cuddly and easy to snuggle with. He liked being held. It felt good.
"Snuggling at seven at night could get dangerous," Nick giggled against Justin's neck, whispering in his ear.
Justin shivered as Nick's breath tickled his neck. "Ho...How could it...be dangerous?" He asked.
"There is too much time before bed while lying here to do naughty things." Nick continued.
"I see," Justin whispered back. "I don't consider that as dangerous."
"Good," Nick whispered as his tongue snuck out and started licking around the outside of Justin's ear.
Justin felt his cock twitch, his tongue sneaking out to wet his dry lips. He snuck his hands under Nick's shirt, resting them on Nick's warm skin.
Nick moaned softly when he felt Justin's hands on his skin. He continued to lick around Justin's ear and then down to his neck, the whole time just using his tongue not his lips or teeth.
"Okay, so maybe you're tongue's dangerous," Justin breathed out. He felt like every part of his skin that was touched my Nick's tongue was on fire and it was just spreading through his body.
Nick smirked and giggled a little, "Not dangerous...just my normal tongue." he whispered before he licked at the very top of Justin's shoulder that was visible with his t-shirt falling a little.
"A very talented tongue," Justin said tilting his head the other side, silently telling Nick he wanted his tongue back on his neck.
Nick took Justin's hint and went back to licking Justin's neck, but this time deciding to bring his teeth and lips into the mix. He tried to make sure he didn't leave any marks that would stay around for a while though.
Justin let out a low throaty moan. He let one of his hands slip down so that he was touching himself over his jeans, trying to ease the tension a bit.
Nick could feel Justin fumbling around between them and smirked against Justin's neck. "Issues honey?" he whispered in the other ear before giving it the same attention he had the other one.
"Major one," Justin said nodding his head.
"Anything I can do?" Nick asked pulling back so he was looking down at Justin, he was about to add more but was interrupted by Lynn calling.
"Justin the Satellite is out again...can you come do that thing you did last time!" Lynn called, not realizing what she was interrupting.
Justin groaned and really hoped he was hearing things. He took in a deep breath and tried to calm down and get his hard-on to go away but with Nick so close and his skin still tingling from where Nick's mouth just was, it wasn't happening. "I'll be right down, mama," he called out and looked at Nick with a pout.
"Go fast...just act as normal as possible." Nick said feeling bad for Justin, he would have gone down himself since he was actually calmer then Justin but he had no idea what Lynn was talking about.
"Normal," Justin said sitting up. "Right...sure; that's easier said than done." He got up and adjusted his clothes taking in deep breaths as he slowly walked out of the room and down the stairs.
Nick giggled as Justin headed out of the room; the guy looked anything but normal, especially with the good sized bulge in the front of his jeans. Yup, Lynn would probably notice that.
"Okay," Justin said as he walked into the living room trying to avoid looking at his mother at all costs. He walked over to the dish and began to tweak around the system.
"You okay honey?" Lynn asked watching Justin walking and standing stiffly.
"Yup," Justin stated. He messed with the wires in the back of the TV before un-connecting and reconnecting the system. He waited till all the lights flashed before telling his mom to turn it on with the remote now.
Lynn did what Justin said and it ended up working. "Oh good thank you..." her voice trailed off when Justin turned around saw things she hadn't seen on her son since he was going through puberty and couldn't help it.
Justin's face heated up as he cleared his throat. "You're welcome. Okay, well," he said walking away now. "I'm gonna uh... head back to my room now."
Once back in his bedroom Justin smirked at Nick who was still lying looking like pure sex on the bed.
"Get everything fixed?" Nick asked as he patted the spot next to him.
Justin nodded his head as he joined Nick back on the bed. "Yeah…I got embarrassed to death though."
Nick couldn't help but giggle but then gasped loudly when Justin grabbed a hold of him through his jeans. "Fuck…' he hissed.
"That's what you get for being a little brat," Justin teased as he pulled down the zipper of Nick's jeans and pulled him out through the hole and started to stroke him more.
Nick's eyes were rolling back in his head as he lay back more not able to hold himself up on his elbows anymore. "God…that feels good." He whispered.
Justin smiled as he continued to stroke Nick for a few more minutes before pulling back. He was hot himself and these clothes REALLY needed to go. "Off…" he said tugging at Nick's jeans.
Nick laughed before he quickly got his clothes off, being careful with his jeans since Justin had his dick coming through the zipper. Soon he was naked though and looking up at Justin, wondering what was going to happen next.
Justin rolled over so he was back to being on top of Nick. "Hey baby," he greeted with a smirk, his hand going to Nick's cock again.
"Hi," Nick grunted out trying to keep control of himself as Justin touched him. His own hands were running up and down Justin's bare back.
Justin began placing kisses down Nick's neck, chest, stopping at each nipple to gently bite, before traveling down his stomach. He stopped once he got to Nick's crotch, making himself comfortable between Nick's legs as he watched his hand slowly stroke Nick up and down.
Nick propped himself up on his elbows as he watched Justin eyeing his cock. He licked his lips and tried to keep his breathing under control. He wanted to say something, felt like he should but he couldn't get anything to come out of his mouth.
Justin's gaze moved up to meet Nick's, their eyes locking for a moment before Justin's dropped his gaze to what his hand was doing. He felt his heart pick up pace and butterflies in his stomach as he licked his lips. Before he knew it his mouth was mere centimeters away from Nick's cock and it never looked bigger than it did at the moment. Taking in a deep breath he slipped his tongue out and licked the underside from the base to the tip.
Nick gasped, his eyes going wide. He never in a million years expected this...today. "J...Justin...don't have to." he said knowing Justin was probably freaked out of his mind.
Justin looked up at Nick and slightly nodded his head. He knew he didn't have to but the thing is... he wanted to, although he has no fricking clue as to what to do. Well, he's had it done to him many times so he knew just what had to be done but to actually do it, it was a terrifying ordeal. "I know," he said in a soft voice before placing a soft kiss to Nick's cock and then continued to lick it much like it had been done to him. He was just taking it one step at a time.
Nick groaned and had to lie back down again before he fell back down again. Just the thought that it was Justin, HIS Justin with his mouth on him like this was driving him insane. He tried to stay still because he didn't want to freak Justin out. He could still remember the first time he gave head and knew it was a scary thing.
Justin continued to lick up Nick's cock, feeling a little bit more at ease as the seconds ticked by but that anxiety was still there. With one hand working the base of Nick's cock Justin leaned up a bit before bending his head down and taking in the head of Nick's cock. He then let his tongue slowly swirl around it, inwardly cringing at the taste of the pre-cum on the slit but he continued to do it.
Nick was panting by this point, this all felt SO good and he just prayed he could keep some type of control. He hadn't been sucked off in years and he was beginning to regret that because this wasn't a very good position to be in when the person with his mouth on you was a beginner. It wasn't that Justin wasn't doing well, because he was doing great, it was the fact that Nick knew he had to be careful.
Justin for the most part couldn't believe he was actually sucking a cock but at the same time he knew he couldn't more than just what he was doing at the moment. After a few moments of sucking on the head he pulled back and continued to stroke Nick.
Nick moaned when Justin's lips left him but then groaned when he felt him stroking him again. It wasn't the warm mouth from before but it was something and it feels good.
Justin shifted his position again so that he would be able to use his other hand to massage Nick's balls. He wanted to make Nick feel good, and wanted Nick to cum first.
And Nick wasn't far from it either; his fists clenched the comforter at his sides as he tried hard to hold out. Justin's lips had almost done him in from the first second so now he was really hanging on by a thread of control.
Justin bit his lower lip as he took in Nick's appearance. He could tell that Nick was close and not really knowing what's giving him the courage to do it he leaned back down again and took in the head of Nick's cock. When Nick jerked his hips up slightly Justin moaned around the head as his tongue continued to swirl. He didn't pull off until he felt Nick's cock twitch and the salty liquid gush out. He knew that wasn't an attractive thing to do but swallowing cum was something he wasn't ready for at the moment. Just sticking to one thing at a time... eventually, he might try it but for right now, he just hoped Nick was satisfied.
Nick was satisfied, he felt like his limbs were made out of noodles and he was still seeing stars behind his closed eyes. That had been the most amazing experience of his life. Sure, he had many a sexual encounter but none of them really loved him and he knew Justin did and it made all the difference. Not able to say anything yet, he just lied their panting trying to get himself under control.
Justin let go of Nick's limp cock before he leaned over the bed and grabbed his boxers out of his jeans and wiped the cum that has fallen on his hand onto it. Once he was done he wiped Nick off before throwing the boxers back on the floor. He placed kissed back up Nick's body to his neck before moving them to his lips.
Nick couldn't help it once he felt Justin's lips on his he practically attacked them. He moaned deep in his throat when he tasted himself in Justin's mouth. Never before had he found this as erotic as he did now. His hands were in Justin's hair holding his face to him as they kissed as if they would never be kissing again.
Justin moaned into the kiss, showing Nick all the love he had for him. Nick had never kissed him like this before and it was enough to make Justin feel lightheaded and on cloud nine. "Oh...god...Nick," he breathed out once they broke the kiss to catch their breaths. He lay on top of Nick, Nick's arms wrapped around him.
"You make me feel so good," Nick whispered as he held Justin close. Their bodies were both on fire still, Nick feeling like a teenager again because he got it up again the second Justin's mouth landed on his tasting like his cum.
"Good," Justin said with a smile before chuckling when he felt Nick's hardness nestled between them... and his own. "Horny much?" He joked.
Nick blushed a little, "You're just too sexy...I can't help It." he whispered still sounding embarrassed.
"I was just kidding Nicky," Justin said still seeing the blush in Nick's cheeks. "...And I like you horny... you get all hot and gorgeous, not that you aren't usually... but... uh, you know what I mean..."
Nick giggled, "Well YOU have been rather horny this week too." he pointed out with a smirk.
Justin nodded his head, Nick had a point there but he really couldn't help it. "True," he said and nuzzled his face into Nick's neck. Sure he was still hard but at the moment he was content in lying in Nick's warm embrace.
"This is different," Nick giggled. "Snuggling while we're still hard." he snuggled up to Justin even more to show he liked it though.
"Kinda makes you feel like the night's not over yet," Justin mumbled against Nick's neck, referring to Nick's comment. "It reminds you to take care of unfinished business before falling asleep."
"Yeah and also means we won't be able to leave this room until we do." Nick said with a content sigh, liking the sound of that.
"Yup," Justin agreed before sticking his tongue out and licking the spot closest to him on Nick's neck.
Nick giggled, for some reason finding that spot rather ticklish.
Justin licked that spot again before blowing softly over it, his throbbing cock getting his attention. He shifted on top of Nick so that he was looking down into the blonde's eyes. "Can we get off now?" He asked.
"Get off what?" Nick asked with a smirk on his face playing dumb, "The bed?"
Justin thought about it. "Sure, why not?" He said keeping a straight face. "I was never jerked off or given a blowjob on the floor before…"
This caused Nick to bust up laughing, "Really...you never have?" he asked actually kinda shocked about that.
Justin rolled his eyes but nodded his head. "It's not that funny," he said making a face. "But no, never have."
"Well...rug burns aren't nice." Nick said trying to keep a straight face before he started giggling.
"You've done it before?" Justin questioned not really thinking Nick was the type but then again Justin didn't know everything about the other man. "Interesting... what else have you done?"
"Having sex or fooling around on the floor isn't really all that weird." Nick pointed out. He wasn't sure how to answer Justin's question though because there was a LOT of things he had done back when he was in his clubbing days.
Justin shrugged. "I never said it was weird... just interesting," he said, wiggling around for a moment before rolling off of Nick so that he was resting on his side, facing Nick.
"You really wana know what I've done before?" Nick asked, willing to tell Justin if he really wanted to know.
Justin nodded his head. "But you don't have to if you don't wanna..."
"I'm just not really sure what to say cuz like...I mean you know I lived a totally different life when I first left my parents house and at the time that all seemed normal to me." Nick tried to explain was he reached up and wiped a trail of sweat from Justin's brown before it would go into his eyes.
Justin gave Nick a small smile when he wiped the sweat off. "Sometimes I just hate to think about the kind of life you lived..." he admitted."It makes me wanna lock your parents up behind bars or something."
"It wasn't all bad I mean just think of having all the sex you could get at sixteen." Nick giggled. "It was a hormone crazed teenager's dream."
Justin made a face at that. "But still... I don't like it."
Nick smiled, "Well...it's all done now. I've got a much better life now." he said with a smile.
"Yeah," Justin said smiling back before cuddling up to Nick. "You're with me, and you're all mine."
Nick giggled, "Yeah I get every girl and guy's dream."
A few moments of silence later Justin asked, "Nick?" He walked his fingers up Nick's chest before walking them back down, slowly, to Nick's crotch. "You still haven't answered my question."
"What question?" Nick asked his brain having gone cloudy the second Justin's fingers started moving on his skin.
Justin kissed Nick's shoulder, his fingers walking around Nick's belly button. "If we could get off now..." He moved his hips a little so that Nick could feel how hard he was.
Nick groaned and was about to say something when he was sure he heard a deep voice downstairs and then it was yelling. "JUSTIN...NICK!" He groaned again, when he realized it was Eddie's voice.
Justin closed his eyes tight before burying his head under Nick, trying to sandwich himself between Nick and the mattress. He groaned and wondered why people kept interrupting him when he wanted to cum. "Please tell me I'm hearing things," came his muffled plea.
"JUSTIN!" Eddie hollered again and this time it sounded like he was upstairs.
"Nope," Nick said as he quickly rolled off the bed and went about trying to get dressed even though he felt nothing like doing it. He just knew they would have a visitor in a matter of seconds.
Justin grumbled under his breath as he looked down at the pile of clothing on the floor before hoping out of bed and grabbing a pair of sweats from the dresser and a large t-shirt. Quickly he put them on and grabbed the pile of clothes off the floor and threw them in the hamper. He walked into the bathroom to buy himself sometime as he splashed some water on his face. He could hear voices in the bedroom now and knew that Nick must have let Eddie in. Taking a deep breath he walked out of the bathroom and gave Eddie a patient smile. "Hey bro," he greeted him. "What's up?"
"Kel and I were wondering if we could borrow you guys for an hour or so. You know that bed Kelly ordered?" Eddie stated.
Nick nodded his head remembering Kelly mentioning buying the bed.
Justin nodded his head as well, frowning. "Yeah... what about it? Did you get it and find out its damaged or something?"
Eddie shook his head, "No...I mean not exactly. We just didn't realize that it wasn't going to be pre assembled, so WE have to put it together and man women just aren't complicated; even their furniture is complicated.
Nick laughed, "THAT is why I'm gay." he teased.
Justin chuckled. "It can't be that bad," he said and when Eddie gave him a look that said 'it IS that bad' he sighed. "Why didn't you just call us or... wait till morning...?"
"She is like PMSing or something cuz she is insisting she sleeps in it tonight." Eddie said with a sigh.
Nick looked over at Justin and shrugged, "We'll help." he said even though neither Eddie or Kelly were his favorite people right now, not to mention the fact that he knew Justin was still beyond horny.
"Yeah, we'll help," Justin nodded as he made his way out of the room and headed down the stairs. He could hear Kelly and his mother talking in the living room so he went in that direction. "Hey Kel," he greeted the petite brunette, and somewhat avoided eye contact with his mother knowing that she could definitely tell that he was hard.
"Are you boys going to be nice and help this poor lady out?" Lynn said with a giggle.
"Yeah gotta help Ed out," Nick laughed elbowing Eddie who playfully glared at him since it was obvious Nick was saying that like he couldn't do it himself...which was true...but still.
Kelly giggled as she stood up and hooked her arm with Justin's.
Justin just nodded his head. "Yeah, seeing that they drove all the way here just to come and get us," he said with a smile.
"Come on boys," Kelly added as she tugged on Justin's arm. "The faster we get that bed made the sooner I get to sleep in it." She waved a goodbye at Lynn as they headed for the door. Once outside they split, Kelly and Eddie getting into their car while Nick and Justin got into Justin's car.
Nick climbed into the passenger side and waited for Justin to finish talking with Kelly and Eddie for a second. 'Just sit there...let him drive.' he thought to himself even though he wanted more then anything to touch Justin...some how.
Once Justin was in the car he looked over at Nick with a small smile. "What are the odds that it would happen to me twice today?" He joked as he started the car and got out of the driveway, following Kelly and Eddie's car to their place.
"I think it's a sign that people feel you don't have a life." Nick giggled teasing Justin. "A sexual life that is, they just expect even though you're in your room you must not be busy with anything like that."
Justin pouted. "I'm beginning to think they think that too," he said with a sigh. He shifted in his seat to try and get comfortable, at least now he wasn't as hard as he was before, but the hard-on was still present.
The rest of the drive to Eddie and Kelly's place was spent in calm silence. Once they got there Nick hopped out of the car and really wished he hadn't put his jeans back on because they were not comfortable. He wasn't as hard as before either but he was not a small man, so anything was uncomfortable when hard.
Eddie was ahead of them all and unlocked the door. "The evil thing is back this way," he said leading the way down to Kelly's bedroom. The rest of the house looked really nice now with the furniture in it.
Justin whistled as he looked around the newly furnished place. "When was all this delivered?" He questioned obviously knowing that they probably got it sometime after he and Nick left for Indiana but just wondering anyways because it looked like it took a lot of time to get everything to be set like the way it was.
"It started coming two days ago but wasn't finished until today when the bedroom stuff came in." Eddie said as he looked down at all the board and rot iron lying on Kelly's bedroom floor.
"Wow," Nick said noticing this might be a lot harder then they thought.
Kelly walked into the room behind them frowning. She walked over to the dresser and picked up the manual before handing it to Justin. "That," she said pointing at all the pieces that were on the floor, "Needs to look like this," and she pointed at the image on the page.
Justin blinked before looking back and forth between the pile on the floor and the picture on the page. "Alright," he said with a sigh as he turned to the first page of instructions. "Let's do this."
Nick stood there and then looked at the funny looking screw driver thing that came with it. "I'm too gay to do this," he grumbled wondering what the weird thing was.
"It would help if the directions were actually in English instead of Swiss." Eddie said as he got on the ground.
Justin nodded his head. "Swiss... schmiss... we can do this by looking at the pictures..." and then in a whisper he added, "Hopefully." He walked over to Nick and pointed at the picture where the screwdriver that Nick was holding was shown. "That thing is used with this screw."
Nick handed it to Eddie. "I don't get screwing...at least not like this," he laughed.
Eddie rolled his eyes as he started to do the things that Justin was telling him to do. Something about using screw X to screw boards N and G together.
"Hey Nick," Justin called out to his boyfriend a few seconds later. "Could you alphabetize the boards so we know where they are?" Then he looked over at Kelly was made herself comfortable on a bean bag chair. "Could you group the similar screws together?" He shook the bag of screws that came with the package.
Kelly got up and took the bag of screw. "Sure," she said before taking a seat against the wall and started to sort out the screws. It wasn't long after that Justin came over and figured out what letter each pile of screws were before taking a few and going over to help Eddie screw them in the right places to the right boards.
"We need a bigger room," Nick laughed as he found himself covering almost the whole floor with different sized boards, but soon he had them all in order.
Eddie followed Justin's directions and before he knew it they had the bottom of the bed put together with mattress slats in and everything, now they had the canopy part.
"Did you HAVE to get this bed?" Justin grumbled at Kelly as he wiped the sweat of his forehead before taking the bed posts to attach to each corner of the bed.
Kelly just smiled sweetly at Justin as she nodded her head. "It's really pretty when it's all put together and stuff."
"What do you plan to do with it when you're actually sleeping in the same bed with Ed?" Nick asked as he bent over to pick up another piece to hand to Justin, not realizing he was making it so his ass was almost in Justin's face, being rather tempting.
"Guess bedroom," Eddie pointed out. "Very fancy guest bedroom."
Kelly rolled her eyes before looking pointedly at Nick. "What makes you think I'll be sleeping in Eddie's bed... why not him sleeping in mine?"
Justin thought he'd been doing well in the 'lessening his hard-on problem,' that was, until Nick decided to bend over. Taking in a deep breath, he barely registered what Kelly was saying as he took a step back and started screwing the screws to the poles and the bed.
"That looks crooked," Nick said as he moved to stand behind Justin, not realizing what he was doing.
Eddie didn't say anything about the bed thing because they had actually been arguing about that all day.
"It's not crooked," Justin said as he bent over to try and see that all the drilled holes were aligned properly and that he was doing it right, not realizing Nick was right behind him, making his ass to bump right against Nick's crotch. "Whoa," he breathed out as he gasped.
Kelly looked over at Justin and Nick before chuckling at the looks on both Nick and Justin's faces. "You two, cut it out."
Nick mumbled something that didn't make any sense as he moved so he was on the other side of the room, just looking at the boards even though there wasn't anything to do with them.
Eddie glanced at Justin and laughed softly to himself seeing the look on his friend's face.
Justin kneeled before rubbing the tension off his shoulder. "I don't know what you're talking about Kel," he replied before screwing in the bottom screw of the bedpost pole. Once that was done he sat back on his heels reading the rest of the instructions, well more like looking at the pictures and trying to take an educated guess on what the swiss words were trying to convey.
Kelly got up and went to massages Justin's shoulders when she saw him rubbing at it. "Damn, you're really tense," she said, kneading his muscles making Justin groan as she worked on a tight spot.
Nick heard Justin groan and looked in his direction. When he saw Kelly's hands on HIS boyfriend he got a very icky feeling in the pit of his stomach...he was jealous.
"I'm taking a break and getting drinks...anybody want anything?" Eddie asked as he got up off the ground and headed for the door.
"Strongest thing you have," Nick said only half joking.
"Water or coca cola is fine," Justin told Eddie before looking at Nick with weird expression on his face. "Thanks Kel," he said after a few moments before standing up and kissing her forehead. "You've been pretty busy lately, huh?"
Kelly nodded her head. "Very busy... with all the furniture and things all coming in around the same time and having to arrange everything... That's what Ed and I have been doing the past few days." She walked back over to her bean bag chair and took a seat.
"You want anything baby?" Eddie asked knowing Kelly hadn't mentioned if she wanted anything.
Kelly shook her head. "Nope," she said with a smile before watching him disappear out the room. She turned her attention back to her bed that's being put together and couldn't help but feel all giddy.
Nick sat there re-organizing the boards, wishing he was still back in bed with Justin.
Justin walked over to Nick and said, "I guess we can start working on these now," he nodded at the boards and then at the picture in the manual. "We're almost done with the bed... just need to put these things together and attach it to the bed and we're done."
"Okay," Nick said as he helped Justin carry the pieces over and hold them so Justin could screw everything together.
Eddie came back into the room with two cokes and a beer for Nick since that is what he asked for.
Once they finished screwing the boards they were currently working on, they set their things down before taking a few minutes break to get a drink. Justin took the can of soda, "Thanks Ed," he told his friend before watching Nick practically chug down the beer.
Nick moved the bottle from his mouth to see Justin looking at him and gave him a 'what?' look.
Eddie walked so he was sitting next to Kelly as they all took a little break; he wrapped an arm around her and smiled when she leaned into him.
Justin shook his head as he sipped his drink slowly, wanting to finish this bed soon so that he and Nick could go home.
Kelly rested her head on Eddie's shoulder, her arms wrapping around his waist as she watched Nick and Justin. It was then she remembered their trip to Indiana... "How was your trip?" She asked.
Justin turned around and looked at her with a smile. "It was good," he said and then made a face, "Really cold but good."
Nick laughed a little, "It wasn't THAT cold...but Justin here is a wimp in the cold." he teased his boyfriend.
Eddie laughed and then made a face of his own. "I don't like the cold either."
"Thank you," Justin said looking at Eddie. "The cold... it's just...too cold."
Kelly laughed, "That's the whole point of cold, J... It's going to be cold!"
"I happen to like the snow," Nick mumbled thinking about the first time they were in the snow together in Boston.
Eddie hopped back up and went back to helping Justin getting the bed finished up, it was now almost ten and it was getting late.
It wasn't until twenty minutes later did they have the whole bed made. Justin, Kelly, Eddie, and Nick all stood up and looked at their work. "Look's great guys," Kelly commented.
"Better be... the damn Swiss import," Justin mumbled as he handed Kelly the manual and putting down the screw driver he was holding. "Is that everything?"
Kelly nodded her head. "I think so, yes..."
"Thank god," Eddie laughed as he held Justin put the mattress on the bed.
Nick was leaning against one of the posts; he hadn't eaten anything since earlier so the alcohol was going to his system really quickly. He was finding Justin's ass very interesting, not even caring what the staring was doing the front of his own pants.
"You guys need us around to put the bed sheets on and the pillow cases or are we good for tonight?" Justin questioned once they finished adjusting the mattress.
"No, that's it," Kelly said standing up and walking over to where she placed the bed sheets and pillowcases and other things that she'd bought at Macy's. "Thank you guys so much."
"Don't mention it Baby," Justin said giving her a smile and a kiss on the cheek before checking himself to make sure he had his keys with him. "Alright, good night you guys."
"Goodnight," Eddie said back as he watched Nick and Justin walk out of the bedroom, knowing they would find their own way out.
Justin's arm went around Nick's waist when Nick seemed to stumble a little. Once they walked out of the house Justin got in behind the wheel of his car, waiting for Nick to settle in before he drove them home.
"I'm glad we're finally out of there," Nick said once they had been driving for about five minutes.
Justin snuck a glance at Nick. "Okay?" He questioned wondering what that was all about.
"What?" Nick asked not sure why Justin was looking at him like that.
"Everything Ok with you?" Justin asked. "You seemed a little down towards the end there..."
Nick nodded, not really wanting to tell Justin the problems he was having with Eddie and Kelly lately. He just didn't feel like he could trust them anymore. Then Kelly had just seemed snooty in there and had manipulated Justin. He understood they were friends; that wasn't the problem it was the fact that she almost seemed to try and keep him away from Justin.
Justin took in a deep breath. "Okay," he replied as he continued to drive home in silence. Once he parked his car in the garage and everything was turned off Justin looked over at Nick. "We're home," he said mainly because Nick looked to be lost in thought or was sleeping with his eyes opened.
Nick turned to Justin and smiled before he climbed out of the car and waited for Justin before they entered the house through the garage.
"Hey mama," Justin greeted her when he saw her in the kitchen putting things away.
Lynn smiled at Justin and Nick as they walked into the house. "Hey boys...get everything figured out?"
"Yeah," Nick said as he seemed a little unsteady on his feet.
"What he said," Justin said with a chuckle. "The manual was in Swiss... I was just happy it came with pictures that were labeled."
Lynn laughed but eyed Nick weird as he walked out of the kitchen and they could hear a door close which sounded like the downstairs bathroom. "Is he okay?"
"I think so," Justin said looking back at his mom. "He drank some beer... he usually can't hold his liquor."
Hearing this caused Lynn to chuckle, "Poor guy...who woulda thought a bartender who can't hold his liquor." She then thought of something else. "Honey...I just wanted to say I'm sorry about earlier..."
"Well, there's a first kind for everything... besides its bad for a bartender to drink on the job and this way... we'll know if he's been drinking or not," Justin chuckled before shrugging his shoulders. "Don't worry earlier... I know you were just trying to help out."
Nick came out of the bathroom and then poked his head into the kitchen seeing Lynn and Justin still talking. "I'm heading upstairs," he said to Justin with a smile before turning around and heading up to his room to change and get ready for bed.
"That wasn't what I meant," Lynn said blushing. She meant what had happened when he had come to help her fix the satellite dish.
Justin frowned, having totally forgotten that little incident. "What did you..." He trailed off when he took in his mother's blush, it was then it dawned on him and he too blushed, feeling completely awkward now. "Oh... uh, it's okay." Besides, it wasn't like his mom actually knew what he and Nick were doing and it wasn't only her that interrupted them.
Lynn smiled and then decided to embarrass her son even more since it was her job as a mother to do so. "I just forget that my little boy isn't so little anymore sometimes."
Okay, now it was just downright embarrassing and uncomfortable. "Mama," he whined blushing bright red and making a face. He was just happy his mom didn't have any pictures to catalog and show to whoever much like a mother would do with baby pictures. "I'm going to go upstairs now..." he quickly leaned over and kissed her cheek."Good night Mama."
"Good night honey," Lynn laughed as she too kissed Justin on the cheek and watched him walk out of the room.
Meanwhile Nick was still in his room getting ready for bed. He was dressed only in a pair of dark green PJ pants as he stood at his bathroom sink brushing his teeth.
Justin figured he really didn't need to change into his PJ's because he was already wearing sweats and a large t-shirt. He would just have to brush his teeth and get under the covers. Once he'd brushed his teeth he took his t-shirt off before climbing in bed, waiting for Nick to get there.
Nick padded into the room a few minutes later and smiled as he walked to the bed and climbed in with a content sigh.
Justin smiled when Nick joined him before he let out a face splitting yawn. "Night Nicky," he said before leaning over for his goodnight kiss.
"Night," Nick said as he reached over and turned off the light. He didn't turn over or snuggle up to Justin though...he had too much on his mind yet to sleep.
Justin rolled over so that he was resting on his side, facing the back of Nick's head. Something seemed off with his boyfriend, he didn't know what. He wanted to ask but he didn't want to start an argument anytime soon mainly because he'd be leaving for Toronto in a little over twenty-four hours.
"Justin?" Nick said into the quiet room after about ten minutes of silence.
"Hmm?" Justin questioned, almost half way to sleep.
"I don't think Kelly likes me that much." Nick said, his voice going into a whisper.
Justin opened his eyes and looked at the back of Nick's head. "What... Why do you say that?" He questioned.
"She always makes me feel stupid, and I heard her talking to Eddie about me the other day...it wasn't very nice." Nick whispered turning over so he was looking at Justin, his eyes sad.
Justin remained quiet for a few minutes, processing everything and recalling Kelly's actions towards Nick for the past couple of days. "The night of the Grammy's... I don't get it, I mean... you guys were goofing off and everything did something happen after that?"
Nick shook his head, "No...But I was just trying to act normal...I didn't have much of a choice. It was that night I caught them talking about me. Talking about how hard I must be to deal with and stuff...like how could you do it."
Justin sighed, for some reason not believing that Kelly wouldn't like Nick. "I don't know Nick," he said. "Maybe you missed something or heard her wrong... She does like you."
"Probably," Nick simply said knowing Justin would never think something like that of Kelly. He was the one that was thinking bad things not her...no she was perfect.
"Do you want me to talk to her about it?" Justin asked.
Nick shook his head; he didn't know what he wanted to have done. Heck he wasn't even sure why he brought it up. "No." he simply said.
Justin rolled on to his back and looked at the ceiling though he was lost in thought. "What do you want me to do then?" He asked.
"Nothing...there isn't anything to do." Nick said knowing he didn't want to mess up the relationship Justin had with Kelly...it was too important. "I'm tired...we'll talk more in the morning." he said hoping he was giving the vibe off that he was okay.
"Okay," Justin said still not convinced. "We'll talk in the morning, good night... again." He closed his eyes as he took in a deep breath, feeling his body relax on the mattress.
This time Nick moved so he spooning Justin from behind, needing to be close to him. "Night," he whispered as he let his own eyes close and drift off to sleep.
