Yes, we have hot nights in December over here. :P I can't remember what I was doing... But I was looking for a Wheel of Time Website, something I could enjoy.
I finally remember a site I had joined long ago but neglected as school hit me, a place where I had joined as an Asha'Man, Daemion, but forgot about... When I came back I made my character, a Warder named Shoar. I submitted my bio, and before I knew it, I was trapped on a boat full of madmen. The Orginal Sisters of Destruction, Reile and Ryell, as well as our beloved Mistress of Punishment (or Wards), Radzynne and the then Grey Ajah Leader, Phrygiana as well as the then White Ajah Leader, Lylana. A few Wards were there, Akira, Dranen and Cameron and one Warder, Sparhawk.
Thus was I introduced to DM's RP, the main motivation for me joining, admittedly. I wanted a place I could exist in the WoT world, and I found it here.

What keeps me here? The same thing, really. I love the community, and the people here, but I love the RP more then anything else, and all I want to see is for people to be happy with their RPing opportunities. I can now do that to my fullest abilities. *smiles*

Of course, the best thing about being at DM was that I found someone whom I have spent the last eleven months with in happiness... Someone, though I have not seen yet, has touched my heart in more ways then I could imagine. Someone whom I love, and who loves me. Natalie Warner, I cherish that day that I met you. You mean the world to me.

And those are my reasons for joining up and staying at DM. Simple reasons, indeed. But they work for me.
