The Earth quakes, trees all shiver, Suddenly, ice, convers the river. At once, the gentle summer breeze Turns cold, and swirls the falling leaves, Screams of terror fill my ears, full of horror, dread and fear. And then, I awaken. All is dark, but for a beacon of light, far away, in a distant land, Where as Aes Sedai, lifts her hand... ~Cordelia al'Rian Dedicated to the members of the White Tower |
