The Disclaimer
    Don't say I didn't warn you.

I like to think that I'm a pretty good musician, but I know for a fact that I am not a graphic artist. If I had the time and talent (and proper computer programs) I could make this site look really spiffy and aesthetically pleasing. Instead, it is what it is. My brother got all of the art genes in my family; if you'd like to see what he can do, simply visit
his site.

Many sincere apologies for any and all pop-ups or other ads you may or may not encounter while visiting. This is more of a hobby, if that's the right word, than anything. If I was looking to make some money off this stuff, you can bet that a) I'd get a real site, not a Geocities page, and b) I'd pony up the money to keep ads away, and c) I'd actually charge you for the music. Just think of the ads as the price you have to pay to get the music free and to have this site updated as frequently as possible.

As far as the music itself, anything you find on here is either an arrangement of something that to my knowledge is in the public domain, or an original composition of my own. If something is not public domain and I thought it was and it needs to come down, contact me immediately and it will come down as soon as possible. I aim to please, not break laws.

In any event, despite the fact that I'm giving the music away, it is still my property under law. Should you desire to perform any of it, just let me know. I care about this, really I do. I'm curious to see who ends up with my work and what they do with it. Even if you're not going to perform something and you'd just like to comment on it,
the feedback line is always open.

Finally, you will probably notice that there aren't too many dynamic markings throughout much of what I have on here. Maybe I'm crazy, but I really do think that most pieces of music shouldn't be played exactly the same way twice. I trust you, the performer, to come up with something great in ways I could never dictate on a page. Perhaps I like something one way, but you like it another. That's perfectly fine. Ink on paper has never made music before, and never will. It is the human element that makes music what it is.

     That said,
enjoy.
