O my God, I am heartily sorry for having offended You, I detest all my sins because I dread the loss of heaven and the pains of hell.
But most of all because they offend You, my God, Who are all good and deserving of all my love.
I firmly resolve, with the help of Your grace to sin no more and to avoid the near occasions of sin. Amen
O My God, I firmly believe that you are one God in three divine Persons, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. I believe that your divine Son became man, died for our sins, and that he will come to judge the living and the dead. I believe these and all the truths which the holy Catholic Church teaches, because you have revealed them, who can neither deceive nor be deceived.
Glory be to the Father and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit as it was in the beginning is now and ever shall be world without end. Amen
I confess to Almighty God, to blessed Mary ever virgin, to blessed Michael the Archangel, to blessed John the Baptist, to the holy Apostles Peter and Paul,and to all the saints, that I have sinned exceedingly in thought, word, and deed, through my own fault, through my own fault, through my most grievious fault.
Therefore, I beseech blessed Mary ever Virgin, blessed Michael the Archangel, blessed John the Baptist, the holy Apostles Peter and Paul, and all the saints, to pray to the Lord our God for me.

O my God, relying on your almighty power and infinite mercy and promises, I hope to obtain pardon of my sins, the help of your grace, and life everlasting through the merits of Jesus Christ, my Lord and Redeemer.
