JUST A REMINDER! We hope to see you at the Family Reunion the first Sunday in October! The Family Reunion will be at the Masonic Lodge on Highway 62 in Pine again this year. Please make every effort to be there. For many of us, it is the only time of the year that we see one another, and your absence would be greatly missed. The October, 2000 Family Reunion was great! We had a large crowd. The oldest in attendance was Mr. Wilbur Seals at ninety-years-old. The youngest was Drake Allen Carroll at only three months. Andy and Karen (Knight) Zywicki came the farthest. They came all the way from Hebron, Kentucky. Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Knight were the newly weds, and Mr. Knight also won the "ugly" prize. We don't really think he is ugly - there's no such thing as an ugly Knight - he just happened to be sitting in the "ugly" seat. Mr. and Mrs. Denver Nobles, their son Denver Nobles, Jr. and his friend Ron Bayless along with Ray Knight brought their guitars and other musical instruments and entertained us with some very good gospel singing and music. Everyone enjoyed it so much! Someone brought water guns to the Family Reunion (we won't name names, but you know who you are) and some of the "older" children engaged in a water gun fight. We are putting together a photo album of pictures taken at the family reunion, and we plan to add to them each year and have them on display for everyone to enjoy. If you have any pictures that you would like to pass around and share, please bring them with you to the next family reunion. If you move during the year, please send me your new address so that we can send you your yearly reminder. We send the reminders out about two weeks before the reunion every year. We have some very talented relatives, and we always look forward to your music.
