WHAT'S REQUIRED TO GET STARTED?

The following is what you need to supply in order for us to produce your Web Site - exactly as YOU want it!

1) Determine how many pages you wish to have on your site. (exactly what topics do you want to cover? Do you require a separate page for each or can some be placed on the same page?) This gives you an overall picture of the possible "size" of your site and how this "fits" into the "Package Pricing" structure.

2) Create a "name" for each page. We will be preparing the site (with your guidance) via the Internet & Web so identifying each page we are working on with a commonly understood name is important!

3) Either jot down some notes about what you want each page "to say" and we will compose text for you -or- if you wish to compose exactly what the page says, then prepare text for each page. We will be asking that you e-mail us the wordings if you have e-mail -otherwise - send by regular post/courier.

4) Decide what photos or images you wish on your site. If you are supplying photos for us to scan for you, please identify on the back by number (photo #1, name.. etc..) so we -again- have a common "reference point". Similarily, if you have access to digital images - either on your system or on the "web" then either e-mail them to us (again, reference by #) -or- tell us where the web location is for each image! We will do the rest! TELL US WHICH IMAGES SHOULD BE ON WHAT PAGES. If you are uncertain, then we will use our discretion - subject to your approval later on.

5) Are there other sites you wish to "LINK" to? Tell us -or- if you have the "url's" then let us know.

6) Backgrounds. If you have seen a "background" on the Web that appeals to you, let us know and we will obtain it and set up a "test" page for you to look at! If you wish a "customized" background, then give us details.

7) Music?� choose a piece of music for each page (presuming, of course, that the "package" you have chosen qualifies for sound insertion)! Or if you like we will choose it for you.


THAT'S IT!! We are now ready to construct your site!

Package up the above (including sending e-mail data) and calculate the requisite package price (we require an initial payment of 50% (min - $200.00� to start) and call us for the appropriate mailing address. We recommend that when sending photos, slides etc.. use� Priority Mail , or Courier - to protect your photos from getting lost! (also gets your site rolling quicker).
