We have learned that there
is a series of steps that must be taken to minimize confusion and to ensure a timely site
completion. Here is an indication of how we will go about creating your site!
From the
onset, we gain an understanding of your "purpose" and "message" that
you wish to convey. We also discuss "market" with you to ensure we understand
exactly "who" you are trying to reach!
Based on
the above, we recommend an appropriate "Package" (we always recommend
"low" as our "100% Guaranteed Upgrade" path allows inexpensive
expansion at a later date.)
We
specify exactly what we will need from you (text, promo material, images, photos, wording,
link information etc..) as well as the requisite 50% deposit.
We
acquire a web "address" for you, (as well as E-Mail addresses if requested) and
place a temporary web page on that location.
We
"work online" so you can follow site progress and offer commentary and guidance
as matters proceed. Everything is done subject to your approval however you may be
interested in knowing that we are experiencing a 96% success rate with our suggested designs and layouts! Our
suggestions are usually accepted!
Immediately the site is completed, we submit the site to the appropriate "search
engines" (Yahoo, Alta Vista, Infoseek, AOL, HotBot, Snap, Excite etc..). We do not
use the so-called "submission" sites but rather list your site with each of the
individual engines. We find this is much more effective and enhances the possibility of
your site being indexed "higher'!
We make
"Backup" copies of your entire site and place one on a separate computer system
and also place a copy in a diskette file. (We are REALLY Backup conscious!)
Finally,
we send you a written confirmation of your sites features along with the final billing,
and at that time, we ask if you wish to enter into the optional "Maintenance"
program. If you do not wish maintenance, we send you your complete web site files on
diskette so you may manage "in-house".
