| CLASSROOM VISITATION POLICY (for Parents and Visitors) Follow the steps listed below to allow the activities planned for students to continue smoothly. 1. Sign in at the office and pick up a visitor pass. 2. The classroom teacher will be called to notify them of your arrival. 3. When you arrive at the classroom door, introduce yourself to the teacher. 4. Make every effort to sit in a chair in the back of the classroom so students can keep their attention focused on the teacher. 5. Please limit your visit to less than 30 minutes. If you would like to visit at different times to get a good picture of the experiences provided for your child, notify an administrator ahead of time. 6. Do not try to use this time for parent-teacher conferencing. 7. Return to the office at the conclusion of your visit; return the pass and sign out in the visitor's book. |
