The skydeck has had several Christmas decorations added by the crew, including a good sized tree in the centre, and other festive items. As well, The bi-annual performance reviews are out. Loosely tied together with Christmas, the reviews and any applicable gifts are available in the main computer. Each review is accessible only by the person involved, Owl, General, and Colonel. There's nothing stopping someone from sharing what's written, though.

1st Lieutenant American Eagle
Strengths: Subject is a model soldier and a tribute to his nation of origin. He was instrumental in our attack on Vile Palace last summer. He appears to suffer from no major mental illnesses.
Weaknesses: Subject has temper issues. He was involved in an altercation with Private Nix and Private Nymph; I suspect that both their aversion to authority and subject's temper had a great deal to do with it. Subject is also overly sensitive to insults aimed towards the United States of America, and I believe our enemies could take advantage of this and use it against him. I have therefore, for Christmas, given you a gift certificate for an anger management seminar.
Captain Berkana
Strengths: Subject's devotion to both her medical and scientific work is admirable. She appears to suffer from no major mental illnesses. Others fear her.
Weaknesses: Subject needs to learn the meaning of "My ship equals my sickbay equals my rules." Therefore, for Christmas, I have sent you a hard copy of the current chain of command. You will find my name highlighted third from the top. You will find your name highlighted approximately in the middle.
Corporal Cortana
Strengths: Subject is well liked by her fellow officers and appears to suffer from no major mental illnesses. She is a very hard worker and is dedicated to her job, as evident when she was able to impress even Captain Berkana. Subject is very creative.
Weaknesses: Subject needs to learn the following: The proper use of a chainsaw, and the proper cutting instruments for pie. Subject is very creative. For Christmas, I have given you an advanced engineering manual and reference book which comes highly recommended to me from my engineering staff. You will find the book thorough and, most importantly, devoid of any 'extravagant' project ideas.
Major Crescent Grizzly
Strengths: Subject is well liked by his fellow officers and appears to have no major mental illnesses with a single caveat, listed below. He is a capable leader and combatant. Subject was instrumental in our attack on Vile Palace.
Weaknesses: I am growing concerned about Subject's repeated attempts to measure me during the traditional Thanksgiving holidays. While others appear amused, I am not. I find it improper and ill befitting an officer of his caliber. As such, for Christmas you are given a copy of the Repliforce Code of Conduct, Etiquette and Protocol booklet.
1st Lieutenant Hi-Max
Strengths: Subject is well liked by his fellow officers and appears to suffer from no major mental illnesses. He is an excellent combatant. Subject is able to work on his own without direction from his superiors, as noted in his efforts to protect SciTech and his work to thwart Dr. Psyche during the Giga City invasion.
Weaknesses: Regrettably, I have not spent as much time with this Subject as I would like, and I have been unable to find any significant weaknesses. Therefore, I have nothing to give you for Christmas.
Major Iris
Strengths: Subject is well liked by her fellow officers and does not appear to suffer from any major mental illnesses. Subject has grown as a combatant and a soldier, however there is still room for improvement in this area. Subject is able to sway people to her cause. This was demonstrated by her multiple PR campaigns, such as in Neo-Tokyo to counter Sigma's work in Australia, and elsewhere. Her presence improves morale, and she is a superb baker. These two facts appear connected. Furthermore, while she and I often have disagreeing philosophies about how this army is to be run, I have always taken her opinion under great consideration. I reluctantly have to admit that kind, caring, and empathetic point of view is necessary to the proper functioning of the Repliforce.
Weaknesses: I am still dissatisfied with Subject's instincts and drive on the battlefield, although this has shown improvement. Subject is still somewhat indecisive, such as when we had to make a decision involving General's irrationality during the Europe Selling fiasco. As such, for Christmas I am giving you an opportunity to participate in the officer's basic training course. I believe you would benefit greatly. Furthermore, I encourage you to once again take up your martial arts studies with Simian Monk. You still have the free lessons from last year.
Captain Jet Stingray
Strengths: Subject is well liked by his fellow officers and appears to suffer from no major mental illnesses. He is an above average combatant, and is very dedicated when motivation strikes him, as shown with his ambitious plans for Atlantis. He rarely, if ever, appears discouraged by any situation. His ability to boost morale is invaluable.
Weaknesses: Subject is highly emotional. He enjoys having fun far too much. Subject needs to find better things to fill half an hour's worth of reporting time than begging. Furthermore, given his natural charm and ability to motivate others, as well as his past duties as Marine Commander, I believe that he is capable of more than what he is currently achieving. Thus, for Christmas, General, Colonel, and I have accepted your proposal regarding Atlantis and Liberty Station. Your mandate shall be thus: 1. Secure the area and ensure it does not fall into enemy hands. 2. Ensure that its worth as an archeological site is not damaged. 3. There is only a very modest budget available for this task, and thus you will have to arrange things to be very economical. And 4. As well as a modest budget, personnel available will be limited so long as we are fighting a war with Neo-Arcadia. 5. Make the operation profitable if possible.
Lieutenant Colonel Red
Strengths: Subject is a superb fighter, leader, and motivator. He is able to handle one of the most difficult jobs in the Repliforce. He is well liked by his fellow officers and appears to suffer from no major mental illnesses. Subject is willing to speak his mind when he believes there is something wrong, as demonstrated repeatedly during the 'Europe Selling' fiasco.
Weaknesses: Flame Hyenard. Additionally, Subject often thinks with his emotions rather than his intellect. This includes his dealings with those within his commando squad, Red Alert, as well as with others. Perhaps due to his experiences, and the trials and tribulations of Gate, Subject's emotions run high when Mavericks are involved. The incident involving Chill Penguin, and his intense desire to believe the Maverick's claims despite logic suggesting otherwise is one such example. Several questionable and suspicious decisions made during Gate's defection to the Mavericks is another. Finally, Subject is prone to supplying fellow officers with beverages of a questionable nature. I have included here nine tickets to the San Angeles War History Museum. Be sure to see the exhibits on the Repliforce.
Major Rush Raccoon
Strengths: Subject is well liked by his fellow officers and appears to suffer from no major mental illnesses. He has performed his duties as Internal Affairs CO admirably in the wake of a difficult time for Repliforce. Subject is a capable leader both on and off the battlefield. Subject appears interested and capable in airship functions.
Weaknesses: Subject is inexperienced both in his return to a military lifestyle, and his new position as a Major, which came rather abruptly after a medical emergency; Subject suffered mental malfunctions earlier this year, prompting him to have neural surgery. The issues that had arisen appear to be rectified, however. For Christmas, I have given you the secondary orders of working alongside Lt. Solder on the Valkyrie project as a command and operations advisor.
Corporal Shield Shellfish
Strengths: Subject's devotion to duty, courage, and willingness to sacrifice herself for the greater good, combined with her undying vigilance makes her an invaluable asset to Repliforce. Her skill at standing still is exemplary. Subject is dangerously paranoid.
Weaknesses: Subject often requires intense medical supervision to ensure that she stays in sickbay without leaving prematurely. She also has great difficulty understanding the purpose, timing, and proper application of vacations. Subject failed me when ordered to secure the site around the Fortress V during the aftermath of the Neo-Arcadian attack on May 29th, 2218. Subject also has considerable family issues to deal with, and this hinders her performance. For Christmas, I am not giving you anything; I am instead giving your medics authorization to use high grade stun guns as needed.
Major Shining Firefly
Strengths: Subject is a superb engineer and scientist. He is currently the most experienced individual on the planet regarding the Fortress V's systems. He occasionally displays above average combat capabilities, such as when he defeated Guts Man (additional information on this below). Subject is well liked by his fellow troopers, and is a good friend.
Weaknesses: Subject's mental competency seems to be degrading. While I am still uncertain of how much it affects his performance, his senility gives me great cause for concern. This includes both recent history and long-term history, as his recollection appears unreliable. Subject's combat performance varies - while he excels at damage output, I have found that enemies are able to neutralize him quickly. Subject's greatest weakness, however, stems from his kind, thoughtful, and caring code of ethics. Specifically, he needs to do away with it. It hindered his work during Project [Classified]. (OOC: Shining, Colonel, and General will see 'ecrofilper'), although in the end the project was completed without any issues. For Christmas I have given you a copy of Sun Tzu on the Art of War.
2nd Lieutenant Singularity Shrike
Strengths: Subject is well liked by his fellow officers and appears to suffer from no major mental illnesses. He was instrumental in the attack on Vile Palace last summer. He is an above average combatant.
Weaknesses: Subject failed to cope with his duties as Internal Affairs Executive Officer, abruptly leaving the division and his post. I do not know if it was the pressure of leadership or the unique challenges that Internal Affairs has that forced his resignation. Beyond this, I expect more from him both in and out of combat than what I have seen. I believe he is capable of more than merely being a standard trooper, however beyond his brief post as Internal Affairs Executive Officer, I have not seen it.
2nd Lieutenant Solder
Strengths: Subject, despite being classified as a medical doctor, has expanded his duties to include engineering as well. This is shown in his restoration of the heavily infected Basilisk Station, his work on the Falconis, and his work thus far on the Valkyrie Project. Subject is well liked by his fellow officers, appears to suffer from no major mental illnesses, and has shown talent in leadership, as evidenced with how he helped to keep the medical team mentally together during the weeklong Giga City siege.
Weaknesses: Aside from Subject's previously mentioned tendency to leave the service for periods of time, which appears to be conquered now, and a slight tendency for projects of his to fall through the cracks and get waylaid, as noted with the Falconis project, I have not noticed any significant weaknesses. For Christmas I have given you an electronic organizer to better manage your projects.
2nd Lieutenant Ten
Strengths: Subject is well liked by her fellow officers. She is an above average combatant.
Weaknesses: Subject is highly emotional. That she can be brought to tears due to the taunts of her enemies is a grave detriment to both her mental state and her effectiveness. A soldier that cannot ignore the insults of those sworn to kill her is hardly a soldier at all. Subject clearly has no grasp on how the Robot Masters function, and this needs to be corrected before she gets herself killed, leaving Repliforce without the Guardian Mobius. For Christmas I have given you a copy of an old movie from the 20th century: Das Boot.
Captain Vanishing Gungaroo
Strengths: Subject is well liked by his fellow officers and appears to suffer from no major mental illnesses. He is a solid Ride Armour pilot.
Weaknesses: Subject is childish and has been known to force Corporal Shield Shellfish to focus on him when she has other, more pressing duties. Subject needs to focus on the following becoming familiar with Repliforce procedure and military history and tradition. He does not act in a manner befitting a soldier of Repliforce. This was evident during the funeral after 'Bloody Saturday'. For Christmas I am giving you a copy of the Officer's Manual. Read it.
